Slayers 2: How to Get a Horse Mount in Roblox

Horses spawn in the wild every 20 to 30 minutes, and claiming one costs 15,000 Wen after a timing minigame.

Horses spawn in the wild every 20 to 30 minutes, and claiming one costs 15,000 Wen after a timing minigame.

The horse is the fastest way to cross Ouwland on foot in Slayers 2, and it is not sold by a shopkeeper. You have to find a loose horse in the open world, win a short timing minigame, and then pay for it on the spot.

Quick answer: Find a wild horse near Bamboo Grove or Windy Peak, press T to tame it, complete the circle minigame to 100 percent, then confirm the 15,000 Wen purchase prompt.

Horse requirements in Slayers 2

Everything about the horse comes down to two things: being in the right place when one spawns, and having the money banked before you start taming. Wen comes from completing quests, and you want the full amount in hand first.

RequirementDetail
Cost15,000 Wen
Spawn rateEvery 20–30 minutes
Common areasBamboo Grove, Windy Peak
Failure penalty10 HP per failed attempt
Item rarityLegendary

If you are short on cash, the game tells you exactly how short. Finishing the minigame without enough money throws up a message such as Not enough wen to afford 'Horse', you need $14,675 more, and the horse is not added to your inventory.

Where horses spawn on the map

Horses only appear in the wilderness outside the village, and they rotate through random points rather than sitting at a fixed stable. The region around Bamboo Grove and Windy Peak is where they turn up most often, so that is the stretch of map worth camping.

A server-wide alert announces that one of Farmer MoldySugar’s horses got loose and tells you to tame it before another player can. Head there immediately, because everyone else on the server is pursuing that same horse.

The fastest approach is to open the map, fast travel to the Bamboo Grove Shrine, then glide toward the horse icon showing at Windy Peak. Gliding down from the shrine covers the distance quickly and drops you close to the spawn point.

Horse Spawn Locator gamepass (120 Robux)

Hunting spawns manually works, but there is a paid shortcut. The Horse Spawn Locator gamepass costs 120 Robux and tracks horse spawn locations across the map, so you are not guessing which corner of the wilderness the next one landed in.

The pass only helps you find horses faster. It does not reduce the 15,000 Wen price or skip the taming minigame.

How to tame the horse and buy it

Walk up to the horse and press T to start taming. Your character mounts up and the minigame begins immediately, so be ready before you press it.

Click each ring as the shrinking outer circle lines up with the inner circle. Keep hitting the timing until the meter fills to 100 percent.
If you mistime a click, the horse bucks you off and you lose 10 HP. There is no limit on retries, so mount up and start again as many times as you need.

When the meter hits 100 percent, a prompt appears asking “Would you like to purchase ‘Horse’ for 15,000 Wen?” Confirm it to unlock the Horse item.
Open your inventory, equip the Legendary Horse item to your hotbar, and select it to mount. From there you can ride across the terrain at full speed.

How to confirm the horse is yours

You know the purchase went through when the Horse appears in your inventory as a Legendary item that can be dragged onto the hotbar. Until that item exists, you have only completed the minigame, not bought anything.

Clearing the minigame with an empty wallet is the one outcome that looks like success but is not. The “Not enough wen” message replaces the purchase prompt, and the horse stays wild for the next player who finds it.

Your mount speed is not fixed either. Equipped items can buff how fast the horse moves, so gear choices carry over into travel time once you are riding.
