Sol’s RNG strips a Roblox experience down to one action. You stand on a small island, press a button, and the game hands you a random aura that hovers around your character. Everything else in the game exists to make that button pay out something rarer.
Quick answer: Press Roll to pull a random aura, equip or store the ones worth keeping, then spend potions and crafted gear to raise your luck before rolling again.
The core loop: press Roll, get an aura
The Roll button sits at the bottom of the screen and is available the moment you load into Sol’s RNG. Each press runs one draw against the game’s rarity table and returns a single aura, from throwaway commons to auras almost nobody has seen. There are more than 400 auras in the pool, and rolls are unlimited apart from a short cooldown between presses.
Servers hold up to 20 players, and free private servers are available if you want a quieter island to farm on. Potions spawn on the ground around the map, so other players in a public lobby are competing with you for those pickups.

Add to Google Preferences →Aura rarity odds you will see early
Every aura displays its base chance as a “1 in X” figure. The early tiers arrive constantly and are mostly crafting fodder. The steep ones are what the luck system is built to chase.
| Aura | Base chance |
|---|---|
| Common | 1 in 2 |
| Uncommon | 1 in 4 |
| Good | 1 in 5 |
| Rare | 1 in 16 |
| Crystallized | 1 in 64 |
| Dizzy | 1 in 150 |
| Powered | 1 in 16,384 |
| Celestial | 1 in 350,000 |
Equip, lock, and expand your aura storage
When a roll lands, you get an immediate choice on the result screen. Equip puts the aura on your character; Delete throws it away. Anything you keep goes into your collection, and the regular storage tier starts at just six slots.

Open Aura Storage from the menu bar to manage what you have banked. Each stored aura can be equipped, removed, or locked, and locking is the safeguard that stops a valuable roll from being deleted by a stray click. Aura Collections is the separate screen that tracks which auras you have unlocked overall.
Storage upgrades are bought with in-game coins, starting at 400 for the first expansion. Buy one early. A full storage bar interrupts rolling, and the game will warn you about it rather than quietly discarding results.
Quests and coins fund your upgrades
The Quests menu holds a rotating set of daily objectives tied directly to the loop you are already running. Typical entries include a tutorial task to roll 10 times, a longer “Roll 300 times” grind, and crafting jobs such as making a Haste Potion I.
Completing these pays the currency you need for storage upgrades and shop items. Coins also spawn on the ground around the island alongside potions, so it is worth walking a lap between rolls instead of standing still.
How to increase luck in Sol’s RNG
Luck is the only real progression system here, and it comes from three places: consumables, crafted gear, and short temporary boosts.
Potions
Lucky Potion grants +100% luck and Speed Potion cuts roll cooldown by 25%. Both spawn on the ground for free. Take the raw potions to the NPC Stella and you can brew stronger versions, such as Fortune Potion III at +250% luck. Heavenly potions apply an enormous multiplier but only to a single roll, so save them for a moment when your other boosts are already active.
Crafted gear at Jake’s Workshop
Jake’s Workshop is the wooden stall near spawn. Recipes there consume auras you have rolled and produce permanent equipment, which is far more reliable than chasing potion spawns. Most recipes also need Gear Basing, itself crafted from one Common, one Uncommon, one Good, and one Rare aura.
| Item | Effect |
|---|---|
| Luck Glove | +25% luck |
| Solar Device | +50% luck |
| Eclipse Device | +50% luck, -25% roll cooldown |
| Jackpot Gauntlet | +77% luck, -7% cooldown, 77 cash per Jackpot aura |
| Exo Gauntlet | +100% luck |
A tip that is easy to miss: add an aura to a recipe as soon as you roll it. That clears your limited storage and moves you toward the craft at the same time.
Both hands can hold gear
Your character has a left-hand slot in addition to the right, and the bonuses stack. Item icons carry a small L or R in the background showing which slot they fit. The Jackpot Gauntlet and the Gravitational Device, which raises the Bonus Roll multiplier to 6x, both go in the left hand.
The parkour boost
The floating islands next to spawn hold a short parkour course. Reaching the end grants roughly 30% extra luck for one minute. It is small, but it can be repeated as often as you like, which makes it a decent thing to run while a roll cooldown ticks down.
Time of day and weather change some odds
The island cycles between DAYTIME and NIGHTTIME and runs its own weather, and certain auras are gated behind those states. Solar is the clearest example. Its base chance is 1 in 50,000, but rolling during daytime with no weather active drops that to 1 in 5,000.
Solar itself feeds back into the luck system, since it is a crafting ingredient for the Solar Device and Eclipse Device as well as the Eclipse aura. If you are hunting a conditional aura, check the clock and sky before burning a Heavenly potion.
Settings and Quick roll cut down the clicking
Open the main menu and you get Season Pass, Achievements, Fishing, Settings, Robux Shop, and Developers. Settings is where long sessions become bearable.

The thresholds there are all rarity-based. Auto Equip Rarity decides how rare a roll must be before the game equips it for you, Cutscene Skip Rarity stops the animation playing for low-tier hits, and Delete Warning Rarity and Swap Warning Rarity add confirmation prompts above a set tier. There is also a Storage Full Warning toggle and an Aura Filter.
Two roll toggles sit next to the Roll button. Auto roll keeps pressing for you. Quick roll is a gamepass that costs 100 Robux, and the purchase prompt includes a free 20-minute trial you can take before deciding.
How to redeem gift codes
Code redemption is tucked inside the shop rather than the main menu, which is why plenty of players never find it.

The whole game reduces to three habits repeated in sequence. Roll constantly, feed the junk auras into recipes so your six starting slots never clog, and never roll a big luck window without a potion and both gear slots filled. The rare auras arrive on their own schedule; all you control is how many attempts you get and how heavily each one is weighted.
