Storage Hunters Business Bay Update: New Area, Garages, and Clubhouses

Business Bay adds an endgame $20M zone, three luxury garages, Michael's quests, Clubhouses, and Club Tournament Season 1.

Business Bay adds an endgame $20M zone, three luxury garages, Michael’s quests, Clubhouses, and Club Tournament Season 1.

Business Bay is the newest endgame zone in Storage Hunters: Open World, sitting a full tier above Lucky Beach. It brings three high-value auction garages, a fresh batch of collectibles, quests handed out by an NPC named Michael, and two social systems built around clubs. Getting in is gated behind a hard net worth wall, so most of the content is aimed at players who already run a profitable shop.

Quick answer: Reach $20,000,000 net worth to unlock Business Bay. Once you cross that threshold, you can enter the area, bid in the new garages, and start the “First Deal” quest from Michael.

How to enter Business Bay and the three new garages

Business Bay opens the moment your net worth hits $20,000,000. You can check your current figure in the top of the screen; the entry menu shows the requirement next to each door. Each garage inside the area carries its own net worth gate and its own entry fee, so the deeper you go, the more capital you need on hand to keep bidding.

GarageNet worth requiredEntry fee
High End Apartment$20,000,000$400
The Luxury Hotel$35,000,000$550
The Pointer$60,000,000$800

You know the unlock worked when Business Bay appears as a travel option and the High End Apartment garage lets you pay the $400 entry to join an auction. The High End Apartment is the cheapest door and the one both starter quests point you toward.

Auctions still run on the familiar rhythm. The Auctioneer holds bids until the timer opens, then players compete for each locker before the winner loads the loot into a vehicle and hauls it back to their shop.

Business Bay quests from Michael

Michael is the Business Bay quest giver, and there are 25 deals to close for him in total. Completing them rewards cash, Diamonds, and Luck Drinks. The first two objectives set the pace and both revolve around the High End Apartment garage.

QuestRequirements
First DealWin 5 High End Apartment auctions
Ground FloorWin 20 High End Apartment auctions and sell 35 Business Bay items in your shop

To satisfy the selling half of “Ground Floor,” place your Business Bay finds on shelves inside your shop so NPCs buy them. Open the Shelves and Decor mode outside your shop, unload items from your vehicle, and stock them until 35 have sold.

109 new Business Bay items to collect

Business Bay adds 109 new items to find and index. These drop from the area’s garages, so winning High End Apartment, Luxury Hotel, and The Pointer lockers is how you build out the collection. Opening the boxes and containers you win reveals the contents before you decide what to sell or keep for grading.

Clubhouses for every club

Every club now gets its own house. From the Clubs menu you pick a style, such as “The Prestige,” build it together with your members, and visit it through the same menu. It functions as a shared space tied to your club rather than to a single player, and it teleports you to the new Club Clubhouse location.

Club Tournament Season 1 rewards

Club Tournament Season 1 registration is open, and you sign up your club from the Clubs menu. The challenge asks members to find the heaviest harvest produce; each member’s single best find counts, and the club with the heaviest combined total wins. The full prize pool goes to the top club.

Grade Removal Potion at the Alien Market

A new Grade Removal Potion is stocked at the Alien Market. It strips the grade off an item so the item can be graded again, which is useful when you want another roll at a better grade. It costs 100 gems per player.

Between the three luxury garages, Michael’s 25 deals, the shared Clubhouses, and the Party Bus on the line in the first tournament, Business Bay is built for players who have already cleared the mid-game and want somewhere to spend a large bankroll.
