Grab it, read the marked spot, then head to a bear’s cave to dig up the hidden chest. The whole thing sits east of the Outlaw’s Gorge Shrine and rewards you with coin, a recipe, and a weapon.
Quick answer: Take the map from the table inside the bandit house south of the Outlaw’s Gorge Shrine, then travel east and south from that shrine to a Ravenous Bear‘s cave, kill the bear, and dig out the rubble to claim the treasure.
Where to pick up the Laslea Glen Treasure Map
The map is inside a bandit house in Outlaw’s Gorge, in the hills east of Laslea Glen near the church. A small group holds the area, so expect a fight before you can grab it.

How to reach and dig up the Laslea Glen treasure
The chest is buried at a bear’s cave a short distance from the same shrine. A Ravenous Bear guards it, so be ready before you start digging.
Digging costs 1 Time Segment (one in-game hour). Because clearing the bandits and digging both consume time, it is often better to skip this during the Prologue and come back after Smoke and Ashes, when you can spare the segment.
