World of Warcraft: How to Get Aggor’s Belt in Threat From Below

The sea giant Aggor the Young lurks in the shallow water at Bladefist Bay on Durotar’s eastern coast, and putting him down is what closes out Threat From Below for Horde players. He is an elite target, so a lone low-level character will have a hard time. Aggor’s Belt, the proof Orgnil Soulscar asks for, drops for every member of the party at the same time, which means one kill can supply a whole group.

Threat From Below is a Horde quest handed out and turned in at Razor Hill in Durotar. The final leg tasks you with recovering Aggor’s Belt from the sea giant that trailed the naga into the zone.

Aggor’s Belt has a 100% drop rate and uses party loot, so it appears for each grouped player on a single kill. The mob only needs to die once for everyone to complete the objective.

Recover the clues along Scuttle Coast

Before the giant hunt, the earlier part of Threat From Below sends you to the coast east of Razor Hill to gather evidence of the intrusion. These three items sit on the ground and are looted directly, no combat required for the pickups.

Leave Razor Hill and run east to the shoreline at Scuttle Coast. The objective panel lists the three items to recover: Banner Scrap, Orcish Dagger, and Broken Bone Trident.

Find the weapon pile near the water and loot the Broken Bone Trident. A short progress bar fills while you gather it.

Move inland to the west and look for a bloodstain on the ground near a Clattering Scorpid. Loot the Orcish Dagger from it.

Head northeast along the beach to a palm tree marked with Strange Debris and collect the Banner Scrap. With all three clues in hand, return to Razor Hill.

Kill Aggor the Young for Aggor’s Belt at Bladefist Bay

The elite fight is the hard part. Aggor the Young hits hard enough to overwhelm a solo low-level character, so a group makes the kill quick and safe.

Travel to Bladefist Bay along Durotar’s far eastern shoreline, east of Razor Hill. Follow the coast until you reach the beach at the base of the cliffs.

Form or join a group of at least three players on the shore. Other players farming the same quest are often already gathered here, so a group forms quickly.

At the foot of the shoreline cliff, Aggor the Young stands in shallow water. Send a party member to pull him onto the beach, then focus your attacks together.

Once he dies, interact with the corpse to loot Aggor’s Belt. It drops for every grouped player at the same time, so each member should loot the body.

How to confirm the quest is complete

The objective ticks off the moment Aggor’s Belt lands in your bags, and the quest log updates to show it as ready to turn in. Return to Orgnil Soulscar in Razor Hill to hand it in and collect 910 experience along with reputation for Orgrimmar and the Darkspear Trolls.
