With Extreme Prejudice is the second-to-last main mission in Ghost Recon Wildlands: Last Rites. With earlier leads on La Llorona proving useless, the Ghosts turn their attention to the main Penitentes base, which doubles as a Cultist stronghold, to dig up something usable.

Quick answer: Travel to Espiritu Santo, clear out the Penitentes base, then enter the marked building and pick up the intel sitting on the table inside to complete the mission.

How to unlock With Extreme Prejudice

This mission only becomes available after you finish the two story missions that come before it, And Your Enemies Closer and Vow of Silence. Once both are done, the objective points you toward Espiritu Santo, where you search the Penitentes base for anything worth acting on.

With Extreme Prejudice walkthrough

Travel to the Penitentes base at Espiritu Santo. Unlike most of the strongholds you have hit up to this point, this one has no drone jammers, so you can send your drone up and start scouting the moment you arrive.

Tag enemies during recon and watch for the two sniper towers. The rest of the Cultists patrol the grounds, and there are trip wires laid around the base, so mark those and move carefully. Using Sync Shot makes cutting through the guards far easier.
Clear the base. Arriving at night helps a great deal, since some Cultists sleep in their tents and can be taken out quietly and quickly. There is little else of interest scattered around the outpost, so focus on wiping out the defenders.
With the base clear, head to the marked building. The intel is sitting on a table inside. Interact with it to pick it up.

How to confirm the mission is complete

Grabbing the intel off the table finishes With Extreme Prejudice and advances you toward the final mission of Last Rites. If the mission does not close out, the base is not fully cleared or you have not yet entered the correct building, so sweep the outpost again and return to the marked structure to collect the intel.

Completing the campaign also unlocks a mystery Operator Skin tied to the series’ 25th anniversary.
