Wish Orbs are the collectibles tied to the Dragon’s Wish event in Anime Expeditions. There are seven of them hidden across the game’s maps, and gathering the full set is what lets you claim the event’s headline rewards. The orbs don’t all appear at once, so tracking them down is a task that plays out over time rather than in a single session.
Quick answer: Head to the East Town story map for Wish Orb 1. At the enemy spawn point, turn left and walk behind the middle of the two huts with red and green roofs to grab the red orb. The remaining six orbs unlock on a timed schedule.
How Wish Orbs work in Anime Expeditions
All seven orbs belong to the Dragon’s Wish event, and they become available one at a time. Each new orb opens up after a set interval, so you cannot collect the entire set immediately. You can start with the first orb now and return for the others as they release.
The orbs themselves are physical pickups placed inside maps you already visit during normal play. Once one is active, you walk to its location and interact with it to add it to your count.
Wish Orb 1 location on East Town
The first Wish Orb sits on the East Town story map. Load into the map and go to the spawn area where enemies begin appearing. From that point, face left and move behind the middle of the two huts that have red and green roofs. The orb is a small red ball waiting in that gap.
When the remaining Wish Orbs unlock
Wish Orbs 2 through 7 open on a timed rollout tied to the Dragon’s Wish event, with each orb becoming reachable once its timer runs out. No official unlock date and time for the next orb is currently confirmed, so check back once the countdown for it expires in-game.

How to redeem the Dragon’s Wish
Dragon’s Wish event rewards
Every quest completed on the Dragon’s Wish event page hands out trait crystals, stat rerolls, and other grind resources. These give you extra ways to stock up on upgrade materials beyond redeeming codes.
The main prize, though, comes from completing the full orb hunt. Redeeming the Dragon’s Wish rewards you with the Unbound Trait for any Dragon Unit, plus the exclusive Fierce Dragon flying mount. The Unbound Trait is the strongest trait in the game, adding a 350% damage boost, a 5% cut to seconds per attack, and a 10% range increase.
For now, Wish Orb 1 is the only pickup you can secure, so grab it on East Town and keep an eye on the event timer for each of the remaining orbs as they go live.
