The Blue Spider Lily is the gating resource for the Demon Race in Lineage Piece, and it only appears after dark. Flowers spawn at fixed points on a handful of islands, glow faintly under trees, and vanish the moment the in-game sun rises. You need ten of them to complete the race unlock, which means routing efficiently across the map before dawn.
Quick answer: Blue Spider Lilies spawn only at night at five islands, Deeproot Jungle, Legend’s Arena, Fossil Island, Lineage Town, and Shinjuku Showdown. Use the purple teleport pad to hop between them, collect the glowing flower under a tree at each stop, and hand ten to the Muzan NPC on Fossil Island to become a Demon.

All five Blue Spider Lily locations
Every spawn sits at a fixed landmark, usually a lone tree on a grassy patch or cliff edge. Teleport to each island using the purple pad, walk up to the white-glowing flower, and press the collect prompt. The table below lists exactly where to look on each island.
| Island | Where the lily spawns |
|---|---|
| Deeproot Jungle | Follow the river path to the shoreline; the flower sits under a large tree near a small palm island. |
| Legend’s Arena | Run along the outer grassy cliffside; the lily is under a tree near the edge. |
| Fossil Island | Climb the rocky cliffs to the upper grassy ledge; the flower is under a tree on the plateau. |
| Lineage Town | Head to the grassy shoreline; the lily is under a tree right next to the water. |
| Shinjuku Showdown | Take the coastal path to a grassy hill; the flower is under a pine tree on the ledge. |
Note: Shinjuku Showdown is the modern city zone sometimes labeled Shibuya. On that island you pass a high-level NPC on the main street before turning up the grassy hill on the right.

Add to Google Preferences →Spawn rules: night only, and shared across the server
Blue Spider Lilies will not appear while the in-game sun is up. If you search during the day you will find nothing, so use daylight to position yourself and wait for the sky to darken. As soon as the night cycle starts, the flowers spawn at their fixed points.
Two things make speed matter. First, uncollected lilies despawn at dawn, so anything you miss is gone until the next night. Second, the flowers are shared across the server, meaning other players on your instance can grab them first. Hopping to a lower-population server can improve your yield.
| Mechanic | Detail |
|---|---|
| Time of day | Night only; nothing spawns in daylight |
| Spawn points | Fixed locations you can memorize |
| Despawn | Any uncollected flower disappears at dawn |
| Competition | Shared server-wide, so speed is critical |

Fastest route to collect all five
Each island has a teleport pad, so the fastest approach is to loop through the five zones and return to the pad after every pickup. Run a consistent circular path so you never backtrack. The exact order matters less than moving quickly before the night ends.
You need ten Blue Spider Lilies total for the Demon Race, so plan to run this loop across two nights. Each pickup shows an “Obtained Blue Spider Lily” confirmation on screen.
Turn ten lilies into the Demon Race
The Demon Race is crafted, not rerolled. Once you hold ten Blue Spider Lilies, teleport to Fossil Island and find the Muzan NPC, also shown as the Demon Race Seller, standing under a tree up the grassy hill. Interact with him to open the Demon purchase menu.
The menu lists a requirement of 10x Blue Spider Lily. When the requirement is met, a green checkmark appears, and the Buy button turns active. Confirm the purchase, and you will see the “You are now a Demon” notification, which is how you know it worked. Your character menu will then list your Race as Demon.
If the Buy button is greyed out, you are short on lilies. Collect the remaining flowers on the next night cycle and return to Muzan. The Demon Race grants damage-focused stat boosts, commonly listed as +20% Total Damage, +3.5% Lifesteal, and +12.5% Crit Damage, and it is a prerequisite for unlocking the Kokushibo weapon later.

Because spawns are night-locked and shared, the biggest bottleneck is timing rather than difficulty. Learn the five landmarks, keep the teleport loop tight, and you can bank all ten flowers across a couple of nights before the sun clears them away.
