The Snezhnaya map added in Genshin Impact 7.0 holds eight teleport waypoints that stay off the map when you first light up the region. None of them appear until a specific action reveals them, and most are buried inside World Quests or the Archon Quest. Once unlocked, they cut travel time and open access to areas you cannot easily reach otherwise.
Quick answer: Six of the eight hidden waypoints unlock through quests (the Mean Streets of Despicable series, the Hesperides of Love and Hate series, the Snezhnaya Archon Quest, and the A Great Heart Fettered by Slender Chains World Quest). One sits in the open at Fellfrost Peak and only needs you to walk up to it.

All 8 hidden Snezhnaya teleport waypoints and how they unlock
| Waypoint location | How to unlock |
|---|---|
| Train Boneyard (east of Flamefeather Valley) | Disputes Without Honor and Humanity quest, part of the Mean Streets of Despicable series |
| House of Hesperides (4 waypoints) | Explore the castle during the Hesperides of Love and Hate quest series |
| Cavern of Prime Ice Mountain, Svetloledovka | Snezhnaya Archon Quest, while investigating the cavern with Odette |
| Fellfrost Peak (west of Svetloledovka) | Walk up to it from the waypoint southwest of the Svetloledovka station |
| Small island northwest of Glupov | Complete the A Great Heart Fettered by Slender Chains World Quest |

Six of the eight waypoints reveal themselves only as you play through quests. You do not need to hunt for them separately. Reaching the right point in each quest activates the waypoint for you.
The Train Boneyard waypoint sits east of Flamefeather Valley. It becomes reachable when you take on the Disputes Without Honor and Humanity quest inside the Mean Streets of Despicable series. There is no way to trigger this one without starting that quest line.
The House of Hesperides holds four separate waypoints, more than any other spot on the map. All four turn on as you move through the castle during the Hesperides of Love and Hate quest series. Complete your exploration of the castle and every one of them will be active.

The final quest-locked waypoint sits on a small island northwest of Glupov. That island can only be reached after you finish the A Great Heart Fettered by Slender Chains World Quest. Until then, there is no route onto the island.
The Cavern of Prime Ice Mountain waypoint (Archon Quest)
One hidden waypoint waits inside the Cavern of Prime Ice Mountain in Svetloledovka. It unlocks during the Snezhnaya Archon Quest, at the point where you explore the cavern alongside Odette to track down the monsters causing the disturbance. Progress that segment of the story and the waypoint activates as part of the investigation.

Fellfrost Peak: the only waypoint you can just walk to
Fellfrost Peak sits west of Svetloledovka, and it is the single hidden waypoint that needs no quest at all. It stands out in the open. Teleport to the waypoint southwest of the Svetloledovka station, then follow the road uphill until you reach it.

How to confirm a hidden waypoint is unlocked
An inactive waypoint glows red on the field and shows an interaction prompt when you stand next to it. Activate it and the icon turns to the standard blue waypoint marker. Once active, it appears on your map and you can teleport to it at any time.

If a waypoint is missing from your map, the cause is almost always that its quest has not been reached yet. Quest-locked areas such as the island northwest of Glupov cannot even be entered until the tied quest is finished, so the waypoint stays hidden until you get there. Fellfrost Peak is the exception, so if it is still absent, simply travel to it on foot and interact with the device.
