Bright Sparks is a Wandering Tale in Hidden Mountain, filed as Mirkvale Part 8. It begins in Heaven’s Threshold at Southing Knoll, then sends you after three children before you report back to the same sister who started the conversation.
Quick answer: Set the in-game clock to 11:00–19:00, talk to Senior Sister Bei twice at Southing Knoll, speak with Senior Sister Fu in the kitchen, find Dai Diandian, Liu Liuliu, and He Liangliang, then return to Bei.
Daytime clock required for Bright Sparks
The tale will not open at night. Move the in-game clock so the time sits between 11:00 and 19:00, then look for the sisters. If you arrive outside that window, the start conversation does not fire.
Once the clock is in range, teleport to the Southing Knoll landmark in Hidden Mountain, inside Heaven’s Threshold. That landing point puts you next to the village where both sisters wait.
Senior Sister Bei at Southing Knoll
Walk into the village and speak with Senior Sister Bei. You need that conversation twice. The first pass flags the Wandering Tale. The second pass is what actually starts Bright Sparks.
After those talks, the objective can read Wait for developments while you are still in the clearing. That line does not replace the rest of the tale. It only marks that Bei has handed the problem off and you should keep moving through the village.
Go into the nearby kitchen and speak with Senior Sister Fu. She is the one who names the three missing children and points you toward the rest of Hidden Mountain.
Dai Diandian, Liu Liuliu, and He Liangliang locations
Bright Sparks closes only after you talk to all three children. Each one is a short conversation at a fixed spot. You do not need combat for these meetings.

Open the map and travel first toward Driftseed Moor for Dai Diandian. The child is in that pocket of Heaven’s Threshold, near Stellabed Rocks. Speak with Dai Diandian, then leave. No extra item handoff is required at this stop.
Next, go to Welkin Way and look for the pancake stall. Liu Liuliu is there. Talk through the prompt and the second child is done.
The last child is back at Southing Knoll. Climb the wooden watchtower and speak with He Liangliang. That meeting is the final field objective before the turn-in.
Echo Jade and other Bright Sparks rewards
After all three children have been spoken to, go back to Senior Sister Bei at Southing Knoll. Finish her closing dialogue. The Wandering Tale completes when that conversation ends and the reward grant appears.

You know it worked when Bright Sparks is marked complete in the Wandering Tales menu and the Echo Jade, coins, and Stored EXP are added. If Bei never offers the opening talks, the clock is outside 11:00–19:00. Set the time again and return to Southing Knoll before you look for Fu or the children.
Keep the daytime window in place until Bei’s final line is done. The three children stay at Driftseed Moor, the Welkin Way stall, and the Southing Knoll tower for the whole tale, so the only gate that usually blocks progress is the clock.
