This is the only Goldflow Slope Anecdote tied to the in-game clock. It appears at a cliffside camp where Hu Yanzhi and Wu Lai stand, but the conversation only becomes available during the Shen hour, the afternoon window.

This one sits below a cliff at a wooded camp, so the fastest approach is from above using your lightness skill. A Qiongqi Brute Vanguard and a Qiongqi Blaze Raider are discussing a messenger kite when you arrive.
Elder Crane’s Sword
