Epic Seven: How Lisette’s Time Reversal and Fragment of Life Work

A breakdown of Divinity stacks, revive crystals, gear targets, and the exact condition that triggers Time Reversal in PvP.

A breakdown of Divinity stacks, revive crystals, gear targets, and the exact condition that triggers Time Reversal in PvP.

Lisette is a 5-star Light Soul Weaver added to Epic Seven as part of the game’s 8th anniversary update, and she is built around one idea: undoing damage that has already happened. Her kit stacks a resource called Divinity, converts dead allies into indestructible crystals, and — under one specific condition — rewinds an entire PvP team back to how it looked when the fight started.

Quick answer: Cast Converged Time while Lisette still holds at least one Divinity stack, and Time Reversal resets every ally to their state immediately after the battle began. In PvP only. If all four Divinity stacks have already been spent on revives, the reversal does not happen.

Lisette base stats and profile

She is a Libra-sign Soul Weaver with a defensive stat spread and a Health-based self imprint, which matters because most of her healing scales off her own max Health rather than Attack.

Divinity: four stacks, debuff immunity, and stat buffs

Devotion, her passive second skill, grants Lisette four stacks of Divinity the moment a battle begins. Divinity does two things at once. It makes her immune to debuffs, and it raises her Health and Defense, scaling up to an 80% increase.

Stacks are spent automatically. When an ally dies, one Divinity stack is consumed to bring that ally back as a Fragment of Life. That means Divinity is both her survivability engine and her revive budget, and heavy losses early will drain the resource that powers her rewind later.

Fragment of Life: what the crystal can and cannot do

A revived ally does not return as a normal hero. They return as a crystalline Fragment of Life for two turns, with their own tiny two-skill kit and a Combat Readiness boost on arrival.

ElementBehavior
Duration2 turns as a crystal
Blessing (Fragment S2, passive)Immune to buffs and debuffs, nullifies all damage; destroyed only if Lisette dies
Purification (Fragment S1, active)Increases Combat Readiness of all allies by 15%, heals proportional to target max Health, gains 1 Soul
Cost to create1 Divinity stack, spent automatically on ally death

Note: the crystal’s damage immunity is not conditional, but it is tied to Lisette. Kill Lisette and every Fragment on the field disappears with her.

Converged Time and the Time Reversal trigger (PvP only)

Converged Time is her third skill and the reason she reshapes PvP turn-two teams. On cast it fully recovers the Health of all allies and grants increased Speed for three turns. Those two effects always apply.

Time Reversal is the conditional part. If Lisette has Divinity when she casts it, all allies are reset to the state they were in immediately after the battle began — damage taken, debuffs, and skill states are rolled back. It applies in PvP, and the skill itself is unaffected by cooldown modification effects, so opponents cannot push its cooldown out.

How to confirm Time Reversal fired

You will see the whole team snap back at once. Health bars return to full, buffs and debuffs applied since the opening are gone, and skill cooldowns sit where they were at the start of the fight. If only the heal and the Speed buff landed, Divinity was not active and the reversal did not happen.

Light Source Soulburn: turning a crystal back into a hero

Light Source is her basic attack. It deals damage and heals allies proportional to Lisette’s max Health, which is why Health is the stat you build around.

Its Soulburn, Afterglow, consumes 10 Soul and is the fast lane out of crystal form. It dispels debuffs, boosts Combat Readiness by 30%, and instantly reverts a Fragment of Life ally back into a full hero at full Health instead of waiting out the two-turn timer. In practice, that turns a dead carry into an active one on the same turn.

Lisette gear sets, stat targets, and artifacts

Two builds work, and they answer different problems. A bulky Counter and Health setup keeps her alive through opening bursts, while a fast Speed build gets Converged Time out before the enemy team can finish the job.

BuildSets and targetsWhy
Slow bruiserCounter set with Health set, stacking Health and DefenseSurvives burst, heals harder because Light Source scales off max Health
Fast supportSpeed set, roughly 280–290 SpeedActs before the enemy cleave resolves and reverses the opening turn

For reference, a fully geared bruiser build lands around 22,900 Health, 1,924 Defense, and 200 Speed at level 60, with roughly 26% Effect Resistance — Effectiveness is not needed at all.

Artifact picks

War Horn is the pick when you want Combat Readiness pushing for the team, and Guardian Ice Crystals is the pick when you want extra healing out of her. Sole Consolation and Celestine are also viable, and standard Soul Weaver options such as Proof of Valor, Veritas, Eternus, Idol’s Cheer, Excommunicant’s Censer, Sacred Tree Branch, Shimadra Staff, Rod of Amaryllis, and Frantic Flight all remain usable depending on the team she sits in.

Skill enhancement priority for Lisette

Max Devotion first. It is the passive that governs Divinity and the revives, so every point there feeds both her survivability and her rewind. Light Source comes second, since its healing is your turn-to-turn output. Converged Time needs the least investment — it fully heals regardless, and the reversal is a condition, not a scaling number.

Why Time Reversal does not trigger

There are only a few reasons it fails, and all of them are worth checking before you blame the build.

  • All four Divinity stacks were already consumed reviving allies, so no Divinity remained on cast.
  • You are outside PvP — the reversal portion applies in PvP, while the heal and Speed buff still work everywhere.
  • Lisette died first, which also destroys every Fragment of Life on the field.
  • The enemy team runs extinction or anti-revive kits. Briar Witch Iseria, Sinful Angelica, and Hecate are the units that shut her recursion down.

Where to get Lisette

Lisette entered the game on August 27 through Mystic Summon as part of the 8th anniversary rollout, which also brought the side episode Paradise Lost, the World Arena mode The Call of Chaos, and offline Background Battling. She is also obtainable by purchasing the “For the Sake of All Life Pack” in the shop.

The practical takeaway is that Lisette rewards patience over reflex. Hold Converged Time until the enemy has committed its opening burst, keep at least one Divinity stack in reserve, and bank 10 Soul so Afterglow can pull a crystallized carry back into the fight the moment the rewind lands.
