Items are the quiet engine behind every good roll in Sol’s RNG. Potions push your luck and roll speed, materials feed crafting, and event items only exist while their event is live. There are roughly a dozen ways to accumulate them, and most players only use two or three.
Quick answer: Open the Menu on the left of the screen, go to Settings, open the Miscellaneous tab, click Redeem Code, and enter a working code such as 20260711UPD for Potion Chests. Then keep playing with items spawning on the ground around you, since those spawns are yours alone and nobody can steal them.
Every way to get items in Sol’s RNG
Items are consumables and utility objects that hand out luck boosts, roll speed, currency, and occasionally auras. They arrive from a fixed set of systems, and knowing which one pays out what saves a lot of aimless running around.
| Source | What it typically gives |
|---|---|
| Ground spawns | Lucky Potions, Speed Potions, biome-exclusive items |
| Codes | Potion Chests, Rare Potion Chests, event potions |
| Daily Quests | Fortune Potions I–III, Haste Potions I–III, Potion of Bound |
| Quest Board and NPC quests | Fixed item rewards, including tickets |
| Traveling merchants (Mari, Jester) | Lucky and Speed Potion L/XL, Potion of Bound, Heavenly Potion |
| Daily Shop (Fischl) | Most obtainable potions except Warp, Transcendent, Limbo and boss potions |
| Fishing Shop | Fortune Potion III, Haste Potion III, Potion of Bound, Heavenly Potion |
| Achievements | Heavenly Potions, Potion of Bound |
| Events | Event-category items, currently the Summer 2026 set |

Add to Google Preferences →Ground spawns are client-sided, so nobody can take them
This is the single most misunderstood mechanic in the game. Items that appear on the ground are generated for you individually. When a potion spawns in your session, only you can see and collect it, and picking it up does not reduce what anyone else on the server receives.
That also means auto-collecting does not harm other players’ item rates. Spawn frequency for most items is not documented, so treat ground pickups as steady background income rather than something you can farm on a schedule.
Items with exact spawn conditions
A handful of items ignore the usual random spawn pool and only appear under specific conditions. These are the ones worth actively watching for, because missing the window means waiting for the biome to come back around.
| Item | Exact condition |
|---|---|
| Heavenly Potion | DREAMSPACE biome only. 3% chance per 10 seconds, plus one guaranteed spawn at the start of the biome. Joining after the biome begins forfeits the guaranteed one. |
| Void Coin | Night time only, at 0.02% per hour. |
| Biome-exclusive items | Spawn at the start of their own biome. Piece of Star, for example, appears when STARFALL begins. |
| Stella’s Star | Spawns outside the cave during STARFALL. |
| Darklight Shard, Darklight Orb, Darklight Core | Limbo only. Auto-collection works only if you are inside Limbo at the moment the item spawns. |
How to redeem codes for free Potion Chests
Codes are the fastest bulk item source, and new ones are posted to the game’s official Discord server, usually alongside updates. They are not frequent, but they tend to be generous when they land.
| Code | Reward |
|---|---|
| 20260711UPD | 20 Potion Chests, 5 Rare Potion Chests |
| 20260815UPD | Update reward drop |
| SUMMER2026 | Summer 2026 event reward |
| BLAZINGSUN | Summer 2026 event reward |
Older update codes such as 20260627UPD, AmalgamationHELL, and GargantuaBiome have already been retired. Trying them costs nothing but returns nothing.
Note: Every code is case-sensitive. If one fails, the cause is almost always a capitalization mistake, a stray space at the start or end, or a code that has simply expired.
Turn stacks of basic potions into stronger ones
Lucky Potions and Speed Potions are the base currency of crafting. Once you have a pile of them, converting them upward is far more efficient than drinking them one at a time, since higher-tier potions last five minutes instead of one.
| Potion | Cost | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Fortune Potion I | 10x Lucky Potion | +50% luck for 5 minutes |
| Fortune Potion II | 25x Lucky Potion | +75% luck for 5 minutes |
| Fortune Potion III | 50x Lucky Potion | +100% luck for 5 minutes |
| Haste Potion I | 10x Speed Potion | +20% roll speed for 5 minutes |
| Haste Potion II | 25x Speed Potion | +25% roll speed for 5 minutes |
| Haste Potion III | 50x Speed Potion | +30% roll speed for 5 minutes |
The big single-roll potions cost auras on top of potions. Potion of Bound needs 100x Lucky Potion plus 1x BOUNDED, 3x Permafrost and 10x Lost Soul, and grants +50,000 luck for exactly one roll. Heavenly Potion takes 250x Lucky Potion alongside Celestial, Exotic, Powered and Quartz auras for +150,000 luck on a single roll.
Stacking rules matter here. Potions of the same type but different levels do not stack, so a Haste Potion II cannot run at the same time as a Haste Potion I. Different types do stack, which is why Haste and Speed Potions can run together, and drinking multiples of the same potion extends the duration.
Auras also convert into permanent gear at Jake’s Workshop. Everything there is built on Gear Basing, which needs one Common, one Uncommon, one Rare, and one Good aura, so hold on to your low-tier rolls instead of ignoring them.
Tickets from rolling and quests
Tickets are their own item class, used on the three prize wheels. They drop straight from rolling, which makes autoroll the practical way to accumulate them while you are away from the keyboard.
| Ticket | Drop rate per roll |
|---|---|
| Normal Ticket | 1 in 10,000 |
| Rare Ticket | 1 in 100,000 |
| Mega Ticket | 1 in 1,000,000 |
For guaranteed tickets, talk to the Lime NPC near Jake’s Workshop in the main lobby. Festival Preparation III pays out 2 Mega Tickets, 10 Rare Tickets, and 20 Normal Tickets, though you have to clear Festival Preparation I and II first.
Confirm the items actually landed
Open the Menu, select Inventory, and click the Items tab. Rewards sort themselves into categories automatically, so check the right tab before assuming something failed.
| Category | What lives there |
|---|---|
| Potion | Buffs that only affect you |
| Rune | Runes |
| Tool | Utility items, including party buffs and location guides |
| Material | Crafting, trading, and quest components |
| Misc | Specialized items that fit nowhere else |
| Event | Items from past events, including the merged Halloween and Christmas sets |
| Summer 2026 | Items exclusive to the current summer event |
Event categories fold into the general Event tab once their event ends, which is what happened to the Halloween 2025 items on 12/6/2025 and the Christmas 2025 items on 31/1/2026. Anything you earn from the Summer 2026 event stays in its own tab until that event closes, so grab the seasonal items while the category is still live.
