The Hungry Monster is a limited-time feeding objective in the Roblox game Steal An Egg. It sits near the starting area with a belly meter above it, and every infested egg you hand over pushes that meter up. Fill it completely and the monster coughs up a Monster Chest, which is the only way to roll for the Monstrous Egg.

Biomes run outward in a fixed order — Forest, Lake, Desert, Jungle, then Snow. Everything before Snow is a dead zone for this event. Regular eggs in Forest or Desert will not feed the monster no matter how many you haul back, so do not waste trips on them.
Snow is the first biome where infested eggs appear, and they keep appearing in the biomes past it. Snow is therefore the efficient target for most runs, since it is the nearest place that spawns what you need.

Speed upgrades cut your run time
Movement speed is the single biggest factor in how long a full 100% cycle takes, since almost all of it is travel. Put upgrade points into speed on the treadmill before grinding the event, and each round trip to Snow gets noticeably shorter.
Tip: Always pull from the closest biome that spawns infested eggs. Running deeper than Snow adds distance and more guardian pressure for the same 20% credit.
How to confirm a feed registered
The counter above the monster is the only confirmation you need. It reads “The Hungry Monster 0%” before your first delivery and updates to 20% the instant the egg goes in. If the number does not move, the feed did not count.
Two things cause that. Either the egg you carried was a normal one without the purple parasite, or you picked it up in a biome before Snow, where infested eggs do not spawn at all. Both look like wasted trips, so check for the purple glow before you commit to the grab.
The Hungry Monster is a temporary visitor rather than a permanent fixture, and the game displays a countdown next to him showing how long he has left before he leaves. Anyone chasing the Monstrous Egg should plan around that window, because five eggs per chest at a 1.5% roll adds up to a lot of trips to Snow.
