How Skinny points, level gates, rebirths, and treadmill tiers stack up to unlock Beach World.

+1 Skinny Per Step is an incremental simulator from Wogani Studio where every step you take adds Skinny points, and those points push your level upward. The novelty wears off in about two minutes, at which point the game becomes a straightforward math problem: how fast can you cycle through rebirths so the next treadmill tier opens up. Everything else — foods, pets, trails, playtime gifts — exists to make that cycle turn faster.

Quick answer: Walk or stand on the highest treadmill you own to build Skinny, run the numbered Levels gates to bank Wins, and rebirth the moment you hit Level 25. Fourteen rebirths unlocks the teleporter to Beach World.

The core loop: Skinny points, levels, and Wins

Skinny is the base currency and it accumulates from movement. Walking anywhere generates it, but treadmills generate it far faster because they apply a flat multiplier to every step you take on them. Enough Skinny raises your level, and your level is what the game actually checks against.

Wins are the second currency and they come from a different source entirely. Scattered around the map are gates labelled with level requirements — 1 Levels, 25 Levels, 100 Levels, 350 Levels and upward. Walk through a gate you qualify for, reach the end of the run, and you bank a Win. Wins do not feed levels; they buy Speed Trails, which raise your walk speed and therefore your Skinny per second.

The opening tutorial walks you through all of this in order. It asks for 60 Skinny, then 2 Wins, then a new Skinny fruit equipped, then Level 25, then one more Win. Follow it exactly — the objectives line up with the systems in the order you actually need them.

Rebirth at Level 25 and the treadmill tiers it unlocks

Rebirthing wipes your level back to 1 and hands you a permanent multiplier on Skinny generation. The first one gives 2x, and by the third rebirth you are running 4x. The reset sounds punishing and is not: Level 25 takes seconds once a better treadmill is under you, so the correct habit is to rebirth on sight rather than banking levels you will lose anyway.

The real payoff is treadmill access. Each tier is a straight multiplier on your step gain, and the jump from one tier to the next is large enough that lingering on an old treadmill is the single biggest time sink in the early game. The 3x treadmill opens immediately after your first rebirth, and the tiers climb from there.

Tip: after each rebirth, physically walk to the newest treadmill before doing anything else. Standing on a tier you have outgrown is the most common way players stall out without noticing.

Farming Wins through the level gates

Gate runs are worth doing in batches rather than one at a time. Once your level clears a high gate, you can chain the lower ones on the same lap and collect several Wins in a single pass. The tutorial’s “GET 2 WINS” objective is the first taste of this, and it is the same motion you will repeat at 100 and 350 Levels later.

Because rebirths reset your level, you will drop below gates you previously cleared. That is fine and expected. Push levels back up on the current treadmill, then do a gate lap when your level clears a tier you have not farmed yet. The higher gates pay out enough that revisiting them after each multiplier bump is worth the walk.

There is also an Auto Wins toggle for players who want the gate runs to continue while they are away from the keyboard. It keeps Wins accumulating during idle stretches instead of leaving that time unused.

Speed Trails: what to buy with Wins

The Speed Trails menu is the only meaningful sink for Wins, and it feeds directly back into Skinny generation. A faster walk speed means more steps per second, which means more Skinny on every treadmill you use afterward. Buy the best trail you can afford instead of hoarding Wins for a distant tier.

Remember to equip the trail after buying it. Purchasing alone does not apply the speed bonus, and it is an easy step to skip when you are cycling quickly between menus.

Foods, pets, and free playtime rewards

Foods are your Skinny multiplier and they unlock progressively. You start with a banana, then move through cherries, a coconut, grapes, and pineapple as new tiers open. Each one is a flat improvement over the last, so equip a new food the moment it becomes available — the tutorial’s “EQUIP A NEW SKINNY FRUIT” objective exists precisely because players forget.

Pets come from eggs, which arrive through daily rewards and timed playtime gifts. A Panda from an early egg and a Pig from a later one both provide stat boosts, and like foods, they do nothing sitting in your inventory. Hatch, equip, move on.

Playtime rewards tick down while you play and stack up if you ignore them. Open the menu periodically and use Claim All to sweep everything at once rather than collecting them individually.

The in-game shop is worth a look early on as well. Alongside the VIP pass and paid potions, it holds free items that are easy to miss if you never open the menu.

Unlocking Beach World at 14 rebirths

Worlds are gated purely by rebirth count, not by level or Wins. Skinny World is where you start, and Beach World opens once you reach 14 rebirths — a “Go To Beach World!” prompt appears and the teleporter becomes usable. Volcano World sits beyond that as the next destination in the chain.

You will know the unlock landed when the teleporter accepts you and drops you into a new area carrying its own higher-tier treadmills and foods. Those upgraded tiers are the entire reason to chase the world unlock, since they reset the pace of your rebirth cycle upward again.

Why progress stalls

Almost every stall in this game traces back to one of a few habits. Sitting on Wins instead of buying the next trail slows every future step. Buying a trail or food and never equipping it produces no effect at all. Delaying a rebirth past Level 25 wastes time on levels the reset will erase anyway. And staying on an old treadmill after a rebirth quietly caps your gain at a fraction of what is available.

Fixed in that order, the loop tightens fast. Rebirth, step onto the newest treadmill, equip whatever just unlocked, run a gate lap when your level clears a new tier, spend the Wins, repeat. Wogani Studio ships updates weekly, so treadmill tiers, foods, and world content beyond the current chain are subject to change as new content lands.
