The rooftop on The House map in Clean All The Leaves opens after one task and one task only: the Front Yard must reach 100 percent completion. There is no code, no button, and no cash cost. Once the Front Yard meter reads exactly 100 percent, a free unlock prompt appears at the wooden front-porch stairs, and using it opens the route up to the roof.
Quick answer: Load The House map, clear and dispose of every Front Yard leaf until the area meter shows 100 percent, then use the “Unlock $0.00” prompt at the wooden porch stairs to open the rooftop.
What you need before the rooftop opens
The rooftop is an early gate, not an endgame reward. You do not need full-map completion, the Secret Ending, or any special tool to reach it. The only requirement is a spotless Front Yard on The House map.
| Requirement | State needed |
|---|---|
| Map | The House |
| Area | Front Yard |
| Completion | Exactly 100 percent |
| Bag | Emptied at the disposal bin |
| Cost to unlock | $0.00 (free prompt) |

Tip: The tools sold in the shed can speed this up. The shed is free to unlock, and it stocks the Rake Tool for $7.99 and the Leaf Blower for around $30, both of which let you push leaves into piles instead of grabbing them one at a time.

How to confirm the rooftop unlocked
The unlock is confirmed the moment the porch-stair prompt reads “Unlock $0.00” and, after you use it, the rooftop becomes available as a new area to climb into. The stairs at the house lead up. If the prompt is not showing, the Front Yard is not at a true 100 percent yet.
Front Yard stuck at 99 percent
If the rooftop prompt refuses to appear, the Front Yard is almost always sitting at 98 to 99 percent with a few leaves you cannot see. The meter only trips the unlock at a true 100 percent, so the last stretch is a hunt. Slow down, rotate your camera as you walk, and treat every wall line, corner, and blind pocket as a place a leaf could be hiding.
| Problem | Where to look |
|---|---|
| Meter stops near the fence | Leaves tucked against walls, fence lines, and property boundaries |
| A percent or two short | Tight corners and narrow gaps beside the house and garage |
| Leaves you keep walking past | Behind props and bushes — circle each object |
| Nothing visible left | Vents and small pockets around the garage and house side |
| Still stuck at 99 percent | Change your camera angle and re-scan overhead and shaded spots |
Also check your bag before assuming the map is broken. If it is full, the leaves you are carrying may not register until you dispose of them, so empty the bag and let the meter update rather than judging the yard by how clean it looks.
Note: Do not confuse the rooftop with the garage. The garage opens from a separate red button on the counter inside the open shed across from it, and it shows a “Find the button to open it!” prompt. That is an unrelated object and has nothing to do with the porch-stair unlock.
Rooftop versus the Secret Ending
The rooftop and the game’s Secret Ending sit at different points in the progression. The rooftop is an early gate that asks for one thing, the Front Yard at 100 percent. The Secret Ending is a separate, much later target that requires the entire map cleared to 100 percent. Once the rooftop is open, the leaves you clear up there simply add to that full-map total you finish later on the way to the Secret Ending.
If the porch prompt still will not register after the Front Yard reads a genuine 100 percent, join a fresh server and repeat only that interaction. Avoid resetting your whole cleanup route until you have checked the area meter and confirmed there are no leaves left carried in your bag.
