Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy — All Collectibles and What’s Missable

All 275 pickups broken down by type, plus the Resonance Points that never carry over in Chapter Select.

Sophia’s trip to the Minotaur’s Island hides 275 collectibles across its 14 chapters, and only one category can permanently slip away from you. Everything else — blades, artefacts, charms — is fair game long after the credits roll, which makes the cleanup far less stressful than it sounds. The catch is that the one missable category is also the biggest one by far.

Quick answer: Pick up at least 165 of the 200 Resonance Points during a single, continuous playthrough, because they do not carry over in Chapter Select. The remaining 75 collectibles — 8 Blades, 37 Artefacts and 30 Charms — can all be collected afterwards through chapter replays.

Resonance Points are the only missable collectible

Resonance Points are the currency you spend on skills across the six Mastery Branches, and buying every skill costs 165 points. There are 200 in the game, so you have 35 points of breathing room. That buffer sounds generous, but it disappears quickly if you die often or backtrack through Chapter Select.

The rules are strict. Points only lock in when you reach the next checkpoint, so dying before that checkpoint means grabbing them again. They cannot be farmed by replaying chapters, and Chapter Select does not track them at all. Loading an earlier chapter rolls your total back to whatever it was at that point in the story — it will not carry your later progress backwards.

Note: If you fall short of 165 across a full run, the only reliable fix is a fresh playthrough, since replaying individual chapters will not add to your total.

All 275 collectibles by type

Four categories make up the full count, and each one is tied to a trophy or achievement. The 5 Theseus Echoes are not a separate pool — they sit inside the 30 Charms, but carry their own award.

The ninth blade comes from the Heritage Pack, the pre-order bonus that adds the Minoan Sword and Alec’s Pendant. The base game’s eight blades are what the standard count is built around.

Where to check your collectible progress in-game

The game splits its trackers across three places, and knowing which menu holds what saves a lot of guesswork during cleanup.

What you want to checkWhere to look
Overall completionThe profile save screen when you boot the game
Per-chapter progressThe counters shown in Chapter Select
Artefacts you’re missingThe Artefacts menu, where each relic has a unique name
Your Resonance Point totalBottom-left corner of the Artefacts menu
Blades and CharmsThe Sophia menu, below your skills

There is no per-chapter counter for Resonance Points anywhere in the game, which is why the running total in the Artefacts menu is the number worth watching mid-run. Because relics are listed by name, comparing that list against what you’ve found is the fastest way to work out which chapter you need to revisit.

Which chapters contain collectibles

Twelve of the game’s fourteen chapters hold pickups. Two are pure story and can be skipped entirely during cleanup runs.

How to clean up missed blades, artefacts and charms after the story

Finish the story, then open the Artefacts and Sophia menus to note exactly which named relics, blades and charms are still blank. Chapter Select’s per-chapter counters will narrow down where to go.
Load the relevant chapter from Chapter Select and walk to the pickup. Everything except Resonance Points is credited to your save the moment you grab it.
Quit straight to the main menu once the item is in hand. There’s no need to play to a checkpoint or finish the chapter — the collectible stays counted.

You’ll know it worked when the item’s entry fills in on the relevant menu and the total on your profile save screen ticks up. Trophies like Hoarder and Superstitious pop as soon as the final item in their category registers.

Why Like a warrior fails to unlock

There are only a handful of reasons the skill trophy won’t trigger, and all of them trace back to the same mechanic. You died before hitting the checkpoint that would have banked your points. You loaded an earlier chapter and reset your total to what it was then. Or you assumed replaying a chapter would top you back up, which it will not.

Confirm your standing by opening the Artefacts menu and reading the total in the bottom-left corner. Once it’s at 165 or higher and you’ve spent every point, all six Mastery Branches will show fully purchased and the trophy unlocks.

With a roughly 14-hour main story, a completion run is manageable in a single sitting or two — as long as you treat Resonance Points as the priority on your first pass and leave the rest for later.
