The second half of Wuthering Waves Version 3.6 runs from September 10 to September 29, 2026. It brings the debut of Jingran, rerun Convene banners for Hiyuki and Mornye, and three limited-time events that hand out Astrites and upgrade materials before the patch closes.
Quick answer: Pull for Jingran (new 5-star Fusion), Hiyuki (Glacio rerun), or Mornye (Fusion rerun) between September 10 and 29, and complete If Dreams Still Reverberate, Wuthering Exploration, and Chord Cleansing before the September 29 cutoff to claim their rewards.
Phase 2 character and weapon banners
Three 5-star resonators are featured in the second phase, with Jingran arriving as the new addition. Hiyuki and Mornye return on their own rerun banners running side by side, and each 5-star has a matching weapon on rate-up.

The 4-star rate-up resonators for this phase are Mortefi (Fusion), Aalto (Aero), and Yuanwu (Electro). Alongside them, the 4-star weapons Novaburst (Pistol), Discord (Broadblade), and Waning Redshift (Broadblade) receive rate-up.
Jingran runs on the Where Santu Beckons Convene, Hiyuki on Thousand Futures Mirrored in Snow, and Mornye on Distant May the Starlights Be. These are separate limited banners, and pity is shared by banner type, not across characters.
Phase 2 events, rewards, and eligibility
Three events open during the back half of the patch. Each has its own start window and Union Level requirement, and all of them end on September 29, so plan the harder-to-reach ones first.

If Dreams Still Reverberate is a co-op combat event, so you can clear it with friends. Wuthering Exploration takes place at the Fogveil Pagoda and rewards you for completing survey tasks. Chord Cleansing is an Echo-farming window, and its bonus applies to Tacet Suppression runs paid for with Waveplates rather than to Forgery or Simulation drops.
Note: You will know an event reward is secured once it lands in your in-game mailbox or shows as claimed on the event page. If a reward does not appear, the most common reason is not meeting the listed Union Level or, for If Dreams Still Reverberate, not having activated the Four Chime Shaftpost during the required Main Quest step.
When Phase 2 ends and what follows
All Phase 2 Convenes and events close on September 29, 2026. Version 3.7 follows the day after, introducing characters including Hsin and Suoming, with a preview program set to detail that patch. If your goal is a Version 3.7 unit, count your remaining Astrite before committing deep into Jingran’s banner so you are not left short when the next version begins.
