Cake Mountain drops you into a pastel kitchen with a wooden spoon and one very large dessert. The mountain sitting in the middle of the map is the entire game: you dig into it, haul out cakes, sell them for crumbs, and buy the stat that is currently holding you back. FUNgry’s Cake Mountain is free, capped at eight players per server, and built around a loop that punishes standing still on a Common layer.
Quick answer: Dig until the “Your bag is full!” prompt appears, sell everything at the Cake Shop, then spend crumbs on a stronger spoon if the cake breaks slowly or on Arm Power if your bag fills after only a few swings. Flush at the Toilet whenever Fullness hits 100%.
The core loop: dig, fill, sell, upgrade
Every run follows the same four beats, and the game is deliberately blunt about it. You equip a spoon, swing it at the cake wall, and each hit yields crumbs plus whatever treats were buried in that patch. Items go into your bag, which is measured in kilograms rather than slots, so one heavy Legendary cake can eat as much capacity as a dozen jelly beans.

Add to Google Preferences →Fullness, the Toilet booth, and Stomach Expansion
Eating cake has a consequence. A Fullness meter climbs as you dig, your avatar visibly swells, and once it reaches 100% you are marked as Stuffed and can no longer keep eating through the mountain. The fix is the outdoor Toilet booth near the stalls, where the Toilet Flush interaction resets Fullness straight back to 0%.
Stomach Expansion at the Upgrades stand raises how much you can hold before hitting that cap, which means fewer trips out of the tunnels per run. The Iron Stomach game pass exists for players who want that pressure reduced further. Flushing pairs naturally with selling, so the efficient rhythm is bag full, sell, flush, back in.
Spoons and Mining Power
Spoons are the gate on depth and height. When your current spoon is too weak for a layer, the game states it directly with a prompt about needing a better spoon to eat higher up the cake. That message is not a suggestion, it is a hard stop, and the only answer is more Mining Power from the Spoons stall.
| Spoon | Mining Power | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Wooden Spoon | Starting tool | Free |
| Vine Spoon | Early tier | 25 Crumbs |
| Daisy Spoon | 100 | 250 Crumbs |
| Star Wand Spoon | 200 | 2.5k Crumbs |
| Leaf Spoon | 400 | Mid-game tier |
| Steel Spoon | 800 | Mid-game tier |
| Paw Print Spoon | Late-game tier | High requirement |
| Dragon Spoon | Late-game tier | High requirement |
Buying a spoon does not equip it. Select it from the Spoons menu after purchase, then check that the new spoon is the item in your hand before going back into the tunnels.
Arm Power and bag capacity
Arm Power is the other half of the Upgrades stand, and it controls how many kilograms your bag holds. It levels quickly and cheaply at first, which matters because heavy high-rarity cakes are worthless if you cannot carry them out. Pushing Arm Power from Level 8 to Level 20 lifts capacity to 40 kg, and later spoon tiers pair with capacity well past 200 kg.
The decision between the two upgrade tracks is simple. If the cake takes a long time to break, buy Mining Power. If you fill the bag in a handful of swings and spend most of the run walking back to the shop, buy Arm Power.

Zones and cake rarities inside the mountain
The mountain is layered by rarity from the ground up. Digging inward and climbing higher both move you toward better loot, and the heaviest, highest-value cakes sit near the core and the summit. Zone labels appear on screen as you cross into a new layer.
| Zone | Rarity | Example finds |
|---|---|---|
| Zone 1 | Common | Apple Slice, Choco Swirl, Madeleine |
| Zone 2 | Uncommon | Lemon Round Cake, Blueberry Bunch Cake, Lollipop |
| Zone 3 | Rare | Heart Jam Cookie, Purple Macaron, Choco Kiss |
| Zone 4 | Epic | Blueberry Ribbon Cake, Mango Cube Cake |
| Zone 5 | Legendary | Koala Cake, Sky Cloud Cake, Crystal Cake, Otter Cake |
| Zone 6 | Mythic | Lighthouse Cake, Leviathan White Chocolate, Titan Sprinkle Donut |
Every new item you pull out is logged in the Collection book, which is split by rarity tab and fires a “New in Collection!” notification the first time you find something. The listing advertises hundreds of cakes across those tiers.

The plate: passive crumbs and luck
Each player owns a plate on the giant’s table, named after their username. Open Manage My Plate, unlock a slot, and place a cake on it instead of selling it. Displayed cakes generate crumbs per second and add to your Total Luck percentage, so the plate is both idle income and a drop-rate stat.
Value scales with what you display. A starter setup produces a fraction of a crumb per second, while a plate stacked with Epic and Legendary cakes can push production past one per second. Heavy trade gifts count too, and placemats can be bought with crumbs to expand the display.
Tip: an auto-display option fills the plate with your best current cakes, which is the fastest way to see the per-second rate rise after a good run.
Firework Cannon, mountain types, and server hopping
Climbing to the Legendary and Mythic layers by hand is slow. The Firework Cannon, sitting on a giant s’more, launches you straight to the upper section of the mountain, which turns a long ascent into a few seconds of travel. Flush at the Toilet first so you arrive with room to eat.
The mountain itself changes. Server alerts announce when a new one spawns, and the variants seen so far include Classic Choco, Rainbow, Ice Cream Cake, and Matcha. Different mountains carry different cake pools, so joining another server is a legitimate way to hunt a type you have not collected yet. Fresh servers can also have pre-dug caverns left by other players, which saves digging time on the way to high-tier loot.
A separate notification tracks the giant’s mood, shifting to states such as Angry while you dig.
Free rewards, the group bonus, and codes
Two reward menus hand out crumbs for showing up. Attendance Rewards pays a daily claim, starting at 1,000 Crumbs on Day 1, and Time Rewards pays for session length, with 500 Crumbs at the five-minute mark and a Digest Boost at 30 minutes. Both need to be claimed manually from their pop-ups.
The listing’s only confirmed free gift outside those menus comes from joining the developer’s FUNgry group, which grants a Special Plate and a luck bonus. No public promo codes are confirmed for the game at the moment, so the group reward is the reliable freebie.
Robux game passes
Six passes are available, and each one targets a specific friction point in the loop rather than unlocking content.
| Game pass | Price | What it affects |
|---|---|---|
| Starter Pack | 49 R$ | Cheapest entry bundle |
| 2x Speed | 59 R$ | Movement between mountain and stalls |
| Iron Stomach | 149 R$ | Fullness pressure |
| 3x Bag Capacity | 179 R$ | Kilograms carried per run |
| 2x Eating Speed | 199 R$ | How fast cake breaks |
| 2x Sell Value | 249 R$ | Crumbs earned per sale |
None of these are needed to reach the Legendary layers. Crumb-funded Arm Power and spoon tiers get you there on their own, just more slowly.
Confirming an upgrade took effect
Each change in the loop has a visible confirmation. A successful sale empties the bag and adds the crumb total to your balance. A working spoon upgrade removes the better-spoon warning on the layer that was blocking you, and the cake starts breaking in fewer swings. An Arm Power purchase raises the kilogram figure on your bag meter immediately, and a plate placement updates the per-second rate on your stand.
When progress stalls, it is almost always one of three things. The new spoon was bought but never equipped, the bag was already full so nothing new was collected, or Fullness sat at 100% and the Toilet flush was skipped. Clear those in order and the loop starts moving again.
The mountain is designed to be re-run rather than finished. New cakes and new areas are on the developer’s stated plans, and the rotating mountain types mean a completed Collection tab today can gain new entries the next time a different flavor spawns on your server.
