Bus setup, fuel sources, loot priorities, terminal selling, and the two Fred endings explained for Last Stop [Beta].

Last Stop [Beta] by The Hidden Route is a bus survival game on Roblox, and almost every failed run comes down to the same two things: an empty furnace or an empty ammo pouch. The road is a repeating loop of building, scavenging, selling, and fighting, and the fastest runs are the ones where you stop treating every pickup as treasure and start treating the bus as the only thing that matters.

Quick answer: Attach all four wheels with Z, drop a gas can into the furnace, then drive with W. Keep the furnace burning with coal, spare wood, or defeated zombie bodies between stops, sell only surplus at terminals, and arrive at the Last Stop with a melee weapon plus a loaded ranged weapon for Fred.

Last Stop controls: the seven PC inputs

The whole game runs on seven keys. Y is the one new players ignore and then regret, because inspecting an unfamiliar pickup tells you whether it belongs on the bus, in your hands, or on the conveyor belt.

Lobby prep: codes, classes, and the Classic lobby

Do the free stuff before you touch the bus. Two Ticket codes are live right now, and Tickets are what let you reroll into a class you actually want instead of the one the game handed you.

CodeReward
FRED500 Tickets
UPDATE1250 Tickets

Redemption sits in the Settings menu in the lobby. Once the Tickets land, open the Classes area. The roster includes Necromancer, Carpenter, Medic, Driver, Policeman, Juggernaut, Blackmarketer, Coal Miner, Gravedigger, Ninja, Vampire, and Ghoul, each with its own starting gear and cost. Classes can be gifted to other players, which matters in a four-person run where you want one Medic and one Carpenter rather than four of the same pick. There is a Reroll button in the selection menu if the option you want has not appeared.

The Vault in the lobby stays locked until you are Level 3, so ignore it on a first run. When you are ready, create a lobby on Classic mode and start the match.

Get the bus moving: wheels, fuel, and the driver seat

The opening tutorial is short and it marks everything with yellow arrow waypoints on the ground. Follow them in order.

Find the four loose tires scattered around the damaged bus. Pick one up and press Z over each wheel well to attach it. The prompt reads “Attach all four wheels to the bus” and it clears only when every wheel is on.
Grab the red gas can and feed it into the furnace. The prompt “Grab the fuel and feed it into the furnace” tracks this. The furnace is the bus engine in practice, and it burns through fuel the entire time you are driving.
Sit in the driver seat and hold W. Steering is automatic, so you are only managing speed and when to stop. The bus rolls until you reach the next marked point.
Before you leave the starting area, look at the Ticket Shop, the ammo vending machines, and the item selling zone so you know what a safe area looks like later. You will see the same layout at every Terminal.

Tip: If a part refuses to attach, check that you are actually holding it and that you are aiming at a clear attachment point on the frame. Most failed Z presses are aim problems, not bugs.

Bus fuel: gas cans, coal, and zombie bodies

Fuel is the real clock in Last Stop. Gas cans are the cleanest source, and you will find them inside loot buildings and at burning car wrecks on the roadside. Coal and Coal Blocks work too, as does scrap wood you do not need for crafting.

The one that surprises people: defeated zombies burn. Pick up a corpse after a fight, carry it onto the bus, and drop it into the furnace. On a stop where you clear a whole house of enemies, that is several free units of fuel you would otherwise have bought at a Terminal. Coal Blocks and bodies both go in the same way.

Spare gas cans can be welded to the bus floor with Z so they do not roll around or vanish during a fight. Treat every gas can as bus property, never as sellable cargo.

Looting buildings: what to keep and what to sell

Houses along the road carry a floating “Loot Building” label. Stop, clear the enemies inside, then strip the interior. The rule is simple. If an item feeds the bus, feeds you, kills something, or belongs to an NPC quest, it stays. Everything else is cargo for the conveyor belt at the next safe zone.

The Scrapyard stop is worth the pause specifically because it hands out free building materials such as wooden windows. Grab them even if your bus is already walled, because parts break.

Crafting table: wall the bus before night falls

The Craft Workbench sits inside the bus and opens an Unlocked Recipes panel with a search field. Early recipes cover the Wooden Wall, Wooden Half-Wall, Wooden Door, Wooden Window, Wooden Chest, Log Grill, Basic Wheel, Crafting Table, and Sign. Craft a piece, then place it on the bus frame with Z.

Walls and doors stop zombies from boarding while you drive, which is the single biggest survivability upgrade on a first run. Windows let you shoot out without leaving a gap. A Wooden Chest gives your team somewhere to dump scrap and ammo instead of losing it on the floor.

Later parts are lobby unlocks rather than field crafts, including Metal Wall, Metal Half-Wall, Spiked Wheel, Golden Wheel, Snow Plough Grill, Saw Grill, Flame Grill, Wooden Ladder, and Lamp. The Auto Turret is a Robux unlock. If a recipe will not craft, check whether you are short on materials or whether the recipe itself is still locked in the lobby, because those are two different problems.

Workbench crafts also feed progression. The Crafter badges trigger at 25, 150, and 500 items made.

Combat: melee for the road, guns for bosses

You start with a Shovel. It handles basic zombies fine and costs nothing, which is the point. Swap to an Iron Sword the moment one turns up in a house, and keep it as your routine melee option for the rest of the run.

Ranged weapons are for things the shovel cannot handle. A Revolver with Medium Ammo is the practical pick for the final fight. Shotguns and Double Barrels turn up in the mid-run stops, and Sniper Rifles are useful against bandit snipers on guard towers. Assault Rifles appear later at highway checkpoints. Whatever you carry, keep the matching ammunition and keep a melee fallback, because ordinary zombies will drain the ammo you were saving for a boss.

Special enemies change the math. The Bloater has a large health pool and splits into several smaller zombies when it dies, so kill it with space around you rather than inside a doorway. Brute zombies guard roadblocks at the junkyard and scrapyard. Skeletons, infected patients, vampires during Vampire Night, and armed bandits all show up as the road progresses. Zombies also board the bus while it is moving, which is exactly what the walls and doors are for.

Terminals and gas stations: sell, restock, repeat

Terminals and Gas Stations are the safe zones, guarded by snipers. Put surplus loot on the conveyor belt for cash, then immediately spend it on the things that keep the run alive. Fuel, ammunition, bus parts, and active quest items come before anything optional.

Shops stock ammo, weapons, and armor, including metal chestplates and leggings. There is also a challenge board where you claim completed challenge rewards, and a merchant NPC offering a 50/50 Cash Duplicator gamble. That gamble can and does take your money outright, so treat it as entertainment rather than a strategy.

Safe zones are not permanently safe. Zombies and bandits can push into the shop area, so do not stand in a menu with your back to the entrance. When night is about to cost you more than it gains you, place sleeping bags on the bus floor and have everyone sleep to skip it.

NPC objectives worth completing on the way

Several named NPCs hand out conditions with badges attached. They sit along the main route, so you can clear them without detouring.

NPC or stopCondition
Doctor (Hospital)Completes an incomplete code correctly, then claim the reward
Detective Jack HollowKeep him alive until he finds Fred
NoodlePay entirely in empty cans
Oscar ReedWin three bids in a row
Anubis (pyramid dungeon)Be the player who lands the killing blow
Dracula (Graveyard)Defeat the vampire boss

The Hospital code is not a fixed number you can look up. The Doctor gives partial information during your own run and you complete it from what is shown on screen. Anyone promising a universal set of digits is guessing.

The Anubis dungeon is a long fight before the fight. Mummy waves and torch colour puzzles eat ammunition on the approach, and the boss heals from statues in the throne room, so break those before focusing the health bar. Walk in with matching ammo and a melee fallback.

The Last Stop: defeat Fred or cure Fred

The run ends with Fred, a bus driver you pick up who transforms into an infected mutant boss. There are two recognised outcomes and they require opposite actions, so the whole team has to agree before he appears.

EndingCondition
Defeat FredKill Fred at the Last Stop and finish the ride
Cure FredUse the Cure potion and end the ride without killing him

You know it worked when the victory screen appears and you are returned to the lobby with the run’s experience applied. If you were going for the cure and one teammate keeps shooting, the condition breaks, because the cure route explicitly requires Fred to survive.

Why runs stall, and how progress carries over

Most ended runs trace back to a short list. The furnace ran dry because gas cans got sold as cargo. The bus had no walls when night waves hit. Boss ammo was spent on ordinary zombies. Or a wheel broke with no spare Basic Wheel crafted.

Even a failed run pays out. Badge tracks count travel from 100 km up to 4,000 km, zombie kills at 100, 500, and 2,000, and workbench crafts at 25, 150, and 500. Two distance challenges are single-run only, though. Solo Pro needs 80 km in one solo run and Team Player needs 80 km in one run with a full group of four, and shorter runs added together will not satisfy either.

Last Stop is still in Beta, so stop order, item rolls, and encounter details can shift between updates. The loop underneath stays the same. Keep the furnace fed, keep the walls up, sell only what the bus does not need, and decide how Fred’s story ends before you get there.
