The Job Center is the biggest change to how you make money in Carolina Leaners. Instead of driving laps and waiting on passive payouts, you can now clock into a Job Board task, pick up freight at a farm, and get paid on delivery. The first job available to everyone is Hay Hauling, and it doubles as the gate for the tougher work that follows.
Quick answer: Drive to the Job Center, clock into Hay Hauling at Tier 1, Level 1, head to Pungo Ridge Farm, park in the yellow loading zone until three round bales are on your bed, then deliver them to Hay Fields Corporation while staying on paved road so your cargo does not take damage.
What the Job Center unlocks
The Job Center holds a Job Board with hauling contracts sorted by tier and level. Hay Hauling sits at Tier 1, Level 1, so it is open the moment you walk in with any truck capable of carrying a load. Lumber Hauling is on the same board but stays locked until your Hay Hauling rank hits Level 3, which means the hay runs are not optional filler. They are the progression path.
Clocking in works like a shift. You accept the job at the board, the game hands you a pickup destination, and the HUD switches to show the active job and its current level. You keep that job attached until you finish or leave it.

Cargo damage: why shortcuts cost you money
Leaving the pavement with a load on the bed triggers a red warning across the screen: “Your cargo is taking damage! Get back on the road to stop losing money!” The penalty is applied to your payout, not to the truck, so cutting across a field to shave a few seconds off a run is a straight loss. The warning clears once all four wheels are back on the road surface.
Note: the damage state is tied to the surface you are on, not to speed or rough driving. A slow crawl through dirt still bleeds value, and a fast run on tarmac does not.

New trucks at Road-Driven Automotive and what they cost
The dealership refresh added a spread of single cabs and crew cabs across the price range, plus one limited headline vehicle. Everything is bought with Cash, and the truck you spawn is the one you take to the Job Center, so the cheap end of the list is perfectly viable for early hauling.

Open the Vehicles tab at the dealership counter to browse the full grid. Each entry shows its price before you commit, and you can pick a paint colour at the point of purchase.

| Truck | Price |
|---|---|
| 1982 Ford F-150 XLT Sema Truck (limited) | $350,000 |
| 2025 CMG 1500 5.3 | $68,000 |
| 2013 Ford F-150 Single Cab 5.0 | $50,000 |
| 2014 Ford F-150 Single Cab 5.0 | $27,000 |
| 2011 Chay 1500 Crew Cab 5.3 | $19,000 |
| 2006 Chay 1500 Crew Cab 5.3 | $13,500 |
| 2010 Chay 1500 Single Cab 4.8 | $13,000 |
| 2008 Ford F-250 6.0 Single Cab | $11,500 |
| 1997 Ford F-350 7.3 Powerstroke | $11,500 |
| 1993 Dodge D250 | $7,400 |
| 1985 Chay KC3500 | $4,500 |
| 1995 Chay 1500 5.7 | $4,300 |
The 1982 Ford F-150 XLT Sema Truck is the limited entry and sits far above everything else at $350,000. It is a long-term goal rather than a working truck, and nothing about the Job Center requires it.
Passive income and Playtime rewards
Hauling is not the only income stream. Sitting in a vehicle earns Cash automatically over time and distance travelled, so a long delivery pays twice — once through the passive trickle and once through the job payout. Getting out of the truck stops the passive earnings.
The Playtime menu stacks rewards based on how long your session has been running, scaling up to $12,500 at the top tier. Claim each tier as it unlocks rather than letting them sit, since the totals only accrue while you are actively in a server. Combining a Playtime claim with a hay run in progress is the fastest way to build a dealership budget without grinding a single mechanic.
Codes
Working entries are JOBS, SLED, BAGS, 5KLIKES and 500ONDIESEL, each worth $5,000 Cash. Press the giftbox icon on the left of the screen in Carolina Leaners, open the Codes tab, type the entry into the text box exactly as written, and hit the arrow icon to claim.

The practical loop for a new save is short. Pick up a cheap single cab, clock into Hay Hauling, and repeat the Pungo Ridge Farm run on paved roads until you reach Level 3 and Lumber Hauling opens up. The passive Cash and Playtime claims build in the background while you drive, which is what makes the mid-range trucks reachable without a long grind.
