All seven pickups in Mission 22, in the order you reach them, plus how to return for anything you miss.

Way Down Low is Mission 22 of Marvel’s Wolverine, and it drops Logan back into Madripoor for the game’s second visit to the island. The chapter holds seven collectibles spread across three truck checkpoints, a rooftop chase and one Nightmare Door, and every one of them sits slightly off the yellow objective marker.

Quick answer: Way Down Low contains 7 collectibles — 4 Material Crates, 2 Whisky Bottles and 1 Nightmare Door. None are missable, so anything skipped can be recovered through Mission Replay.

Working top to bottom is faster than sweeping the mission backwards, because the route never doubles back on itself. The only real detour is the third crate, which sits on a side road you have to leave the main path to reach.

The three checkpoint truck crates in Lowtown

Every crate in the opening stretch is tied to a civilian transport. Reavers have locked people inside parked trucks at each checkpoint, and the supply chest is always sitting in the back with them. Each one hands over 50 Materials.

While the objective reads “Regroup with Jean,” clear the first checkpoint and pry open the rear doors of the truck to free the civilians. Step inside the trailer and open the chest at the back for the first crate.

Continue toward the clocktower until you hit the second checkpoint and its parked Trask truck. Open the rear container the same way, let the civilians out, and take the crate inside.
Before pushing on, turn to the left side of that same area and follow the street to where it starts sloping upward. A third truck is parked at an extra checkpoint down there, and breaking open its doors reveals both more captives and the third crate.

Treat every civilian rescue as a crate prompt. If a truck opens and nobody walks out with a chest behind them, you have already looted it.

Wild Canadian Whisky and the radio tower crate

After the lockup search and the Reaver key, the mission opens into a rooftop section that starts with snipers tracking you from above. Both pickups here sit on the rooftops, not the street.

Use the hook and the nearby cable to pull yourself up onto the first roof. As soon as you land, turn around and look back the way you came rather than following Jean.
Follow the short path to the left and the blue scent trail around the corner. Wild Canadian Whisky is sitting on a table on an outdoor patio, and Enhanced Senses will point straight at it if you lose the trail.
Carry on across the rooftops until control briefly locks and the camera pans up to the radio tower. Jump to the roof on your right, where the fourth Material Crate sits next to the satellite dishes.

Blood in the Jungle Nightmare Door and the Little Uncle bottle

The last two collectibles are back to back, and both land during the stretch where the objective asks you to meet Jean at the Arsenal.

Once Jean finishes her broadcast to Lowtown over the microphone, take the zipline across to the next set of buildings. Purple roots creep along the route where you land, and following them leads directly to the door.

Step through the rift to begin Blood in the Jungle, a combat trial built around Reaver Crushers. Clear the arena to finish the challenge.
When the prompt to cut the roots appears, slice them open to release the hidden memory. That second interaction is what counts toward the Nightmare Trial memory, so do not leave once the fight ends.

Back outside, jump from the Nightmare Door rooftop to the next building. Turn around, drop down the stairs to the lower balcony seating area, and grab Little Uncle off the outdoor table.

How to confirm the chapter is complete

Open the collectible tracker in the pause menu and check the Way Down Low entry. A finished chapter reads 4 Material Crates, 2 Whisky Bottles and 1 Nightmare Door. The Nightmare Cabin shows the same counts once Mission Replay unlocks.

Each collectible type feeds its own completion goal, so watch the counter tick up before moving on. Story objects can look like pickups, and an interaction that does not change the tracker did not register.

Returning to Mission 22 after the campaign

Nothing in Way Down Low is permanently missable. Once Mission Replay becomes available, interact with the bed in the Nightmare Cabin and select Mission 22. Anything already collected stays collected, so you only need to pick up whatever the tracker still lists as outstanding, then leave as soon as the counter updates.

Clearing the chapter properly pays into several long-term goals at once. Material Crates supply the resources for crafting standard suits, which is how Logan’s maximum health goes up across the game’s 68 crates. Whisky Bottles feed Adaptation progression, and Nightmare Doors count toward the Pathways of the Mind and Repressed Memories trophies. Way Down Low also unlocks three suits along the way — Black Tank, Yellow Variant and Animated — and with 102 collectibles in the campaign overall, the seven here are a meaningful chunk of a single-playthrough Platinum run.
