This is the part that trips people up. Finishing the twenty historical stages completes the normal route and opens Year Infinity, but the Teapot checks for a total of 40 event badges. An account sitting at 20 has not met the condition and should not expect the accessory yet.
Year Infinity adds twenty more games covering 2026 and beyond, which is where the remaining badges come from. The reward is also tied to the Infinity Zone being fully open, so hitting 40 before that later area is available in its final state means waiting rather than replaying anything.
Use the event’s overall badge total; a single optional badge category is not necessarily required. The Hunt includes badge tiers past the twenty-year path, and the Teapot uses the higher total.
Do not delete badges or reset progress while waiting for the later content. The count carries forward, and throwing away completed objectives only costs you time.
How to confirm each item unlocked
Because all three rewards are avatar accessories, check your Roblox avatar inventory instead of the participating games. Receiving an event item also grants a badge with its name, providing another indication that the requirement counted.
