How to Get the Guardian Toy in Totenreich (Black Ops 7 Zombies)

The Guardian Toy is the fourth of six collectibles in the Black Ops 7 Zombies Super Easter Egg, and it sends you back to Totenreich to fish a frozen toy box out of the harbor, melt it with Wild Fire, and finish off King Draugvald the Undying with a hidden crossbow. Everything hinges on the Jotunn Star Wonder Weapon, so this run doubles as a full Wonder Weapon build before the toy work even begins.

Quick answer: Build the Jotunn Star, reel in the toy box at Eidskallen Square using the fishing rod plus Wild Fire, grab the Silent Heir crossbow from the Lighthouse roof, kill King Draugvald with it, then trade his crown at the toy box and exfil.

Requirements before you start

The Super Easter Egg steps are gated behind the main quests. If those are not done, the toy step will not trigger no matter what you do on the map.

Complete every map’s main Easter Egg quest on Standard, Directed, or Cursed difficulty first.
Equip Wild Fire as your Field Upgrade for this match.
Turn on the Power and activate Pack-a-Punch early so you can upgrade the crossbow later.
Avoid save-and-quit during solo runs to keep the quest state intact.

Build the Jotunn Star Wonder Weapon

You cannot progress the toy quest without the Jotunn Star, since it feeds directly into the crossbow step at the Lighthouse. If you already know the build, run it; otherwise, here is the short version.

At the Titan Crane, use wall jumps against the ship’s front to secure the Chain Links.
Take the Chilly Chunks from beside the Deadshot Daiquiri truck, then set them in the middle of Skallen Market.
When a Frost Zombie Special Round begins in Skallen Market, defeat the white Zursa to obtain the Lantern.
At the Burial Grounds altar, match the constellations in order from the left, right, back, and front sides.
Astrid must receive souls first; afterward, ascend the Lighthouse to claim the Jotunn Star.

Reel in the frozen toy box at Eidskallen Square

Take Olaf’s Cod Cranker—a basic fishing rod. Yellow barrels throughout the map can contain rods. The most convenient one is on Fishery Island, so collect it while unlocking the map and activating the Power.

Head to Eidskallen Square and face northwest, just outside Lovin’s Oldsaker shop, to spot the fishing spot. Interact with it and immediately trigger the Wild Fire Field Upgrade.

Let the rod begin reeling, then interact with it to haul up the iceberg. The Wild Fire augment melts the ice, exposing the toy box.

Stay away from the Burial Grounds for now. That is where King Draugvald the Undying spawns, and he is extremely strong, chasing you down with a slowing blizzard effect.

Get the Silent Heir crossbow from the Lighthouse

Climb the Lighthouse and move onto the roof, sitting just above the entranceway over the GobbleGum Machine.

Go prone in that exact spot to reveal the Silent Heir, a unique crossbow, then pick it up.

Take the crossbow to Pack-a-Punch and upgrade it. Once Pack-a-Punched, the Silent Heir becomes the Last Coronation, and you need that extra power for the fight ahead.

Kill King Draugvald and take the crown

With the upgraded crossbow ready, head to the Burial Grounds to spawn King Draugvald the Undying.

Whittle down his health, then land the killing blow with the special crossbow. A headshot with it seals the kill, and he drops his crown for you to collect.

You can weaken him with any weapon, but the final shot must come from the crossbow. Draugvald also heals himself, so keep shooting and never give him room to recover.

Trade the crown for the Guardian Toy and exfil

Bring King Draugvald’s crown to the toy box in Eidskallen Square, then interact with the box to exchange it for the Guardian Toy and its loot.

Wait for the Exfil booth to become active, kill the HVT it spawns, and then leave the match through the Exfil at the phone booth while holding the Guardian.

How to confirm the Guardian Toy unlocked

Once you exfil successfully, the Guardian teleports to the house, which marks Part 4 as done and leaves just two maps between you and the finished Super Easter Egg. To verify it registered, head to Rex Infernus and check the display shelf, where the miniature Guardian toy now sits alongside the others you have collected.
