Undercity buries its class trainers deep in a ring of quarters that all look roughly the same, and warriors get the worst of it because the War Quarter sits at the far northwest edge of the map. The good news is that every warrior trainer in the city stands in one room, so a single trip covers all of them.
Quick answer: Head to the War Quarter in the northwest of Undercity and enter the skull-adorned temple building. All three warrior trainers stand around the circular green pool inside.
Undercity warrior trainers in the War Quarter
The trainer room is a circular chamber with a glowing green pool in the middle. Three Forsaken warrior trainers are spaced around it, and a paladin trainer shares the same space, which is worth knowing so you do not waste a click on the wrong NPC.

All three warrior trainers teach the same list, so it does not matter which one you talk to. Christoph Walker, for example, is a level 60 humanoid aligned with the Undercity faction and carries the full warrior training list of roughly 95 entries across Arms, Fury, and Protection.
Finding the War Quarter on the Undercity map
Undercity is laid out as a central ring with quarters branching off the outer ring, all connected by walkways over green slime canals. Open your map and look at the top-left corner of the city. That block is the War Quarter, and the trainer chamber sits near map coordinates 50.2, 16.7.
If you find yourself in a quarter with leatherworking benches beside the canal, you have gone the wrong way. That is the Rogues’ Quarter in the southwest, on the opposite side of the ring from where you want to be.
Route from the center of Undercity to the trainer chamber
Undercity Guardians patrol the walkways nearby. They are friendly to the Horde and will not interfere, so you can run straight through.
What the Undercity warrior trainers offer
These NPCs handle both halves of warrior upkeep. Selecting I require warrior training opens the standard training list with every rank your level qualifies for, and the separate gossip option lets you unlearn your talents and respec.
Costs scale with the level of the rank you are buying, and they are the same here as at any other warrior trainer. A handful of examples:

Confirming you are talking to the right NPC
Target the NPC and check the name plate. A warrior trainer shows the <Warrior Trainer> subtitle under the name, and a green targeting circle appears on the floor beneath them when they are selected. Opening the dialogue should immediately show the training and talent-unlearning options.
If you approach on a non-warrior character, the trainers brush you off with a line like “Do not waste my time, paladin,” and you will not get a training window. That is the fastest way to tell you have clicked a trainer who is not meant for your class. Garen Largo, the paladin trainer sharing the chamber, behaves the same way toward warriors.
Once you have the room bookmarked, the trip is short enough to fold into any bank or auction house run, which matters most in the levels where new ranks appear every couple of dings.
