Elementa opened the Global Pre-Registration Milestone Event on September 23, 2026. Each tier becomes available to all players when its required sign-up total is met. Reaching every tier grants 20 Simulation Shots and one new 4-star character.

The 4-star character at the 30 million tier has not been named yet. The final reward is separate from the sign-up count and unlocks when the game’s official social accounts reach 5 million combined followers.
These rewards did not exist before September 23, 2026. Any older tables promising a character selector at 4 million or currency at 5 million sign-ups were never published by Elementa and are not real.

All five options provide a launch notification, while only the form on Elementa’s official site increases the public pre-registration counter. Elementa has not clarified which options qualify for milestone rewards, so use the official site form and your storefront.

A storefront wishlist only notifies you at launch and does not appear in the site’s public counter. If you want to be counted, use the official site in addition to your storefront, not instead of it.
How to confirm it worked and receive your rewards
On the official site, the pop-up closes after you submit and no further details are requested. On a storefront, the button changes to a pre-registered or pre-ordered state. Once that happens, you are set and only need to wait for launch.
Milestone rewards are not handed out at sign-up. They are delivered through the in-game mail system after the game releases, so an empty inbox before launch is normal. Elementa has not stated the exact delivery timing.
Platforms and release status
gamescom 2026 revealed all four of Silver Palace’s confirmed platforms at the same time. Xbox, Steam, and Nintendo Switch remain without an announced release.

The launch date remains unannounced. Although the App Store gives January 31, 2027 as the expected date, Apple requires that placeholder for pre-order pages, so it does not confirm the actual launch day.
The game is a free-to-play title built on Unreal Engine 5, set in the city of Silvernia, where you investigate cases, build bonds with companions, and take on side activities. A darker, survival-horror multiplayer mode called House of Greed was shown at gamescom 2026 and remains in development.
