The Thunderchaser Silver Collection Badge is the mid-tier exploration reward for Blitzwood, the storm-soaked stretch of woodland in the Breezy Plains region of Aniimo. It sits above the Bronze badge and below the Gold, and it is tied to two clear conditions rather than a single grind.

Quick answer: Reach 70% Aniimo collection progress in Blitzwood, then defeat the Alpha Blazen. Capturing or beating the Alpha completes the badge and awards Thunderchaser.

Thunderchaser Silver requirements and perks

Silver stacks a combat step on top of a collection threshold. You need the regional collection bar at 70 percent, and you need the local Alpha down. The Alpha must be the one that belongs to Blitzwood, which is the Alpha Blazen. Collection progress earned in other regions does not count here, so every entry has to come from Blitzwood itself.

Once held, the badge grants two regional perks in Blitzwood.

  • Eye of Potential — raises your chance of catching high-potential Aniimo in the area.
  • Ecological Intervention — lets you change the weather in the area.

To check your standing at any time, open the map, click an unlocked blue fast travel point in Blitzwood, and read the progress bar near the top of the pop-up. Selecting the Collection Badge icon in the bottom-right corner of that same pop-up shows the exact requirements for each badge tier.

Catch Blitzwood Aniimo to hit 70%

Blitzwood levels sit around 40 to 45, and the region holds 16 separate Aniilog entries once you count regional forms and the Prismana variant. You do not need all of them for Silver, but the open-world spawns get you comfortably past the 70 percent mark. Use the habitat distribution view in the collection menu to set custom markers before you head out.

These spawns are always available, regardless of the day-night cycle. Coordinates match the in-game map grid.

The Mountain Woods Gracewing can be spawned after progressing The Land of Dancing Illusions quest, and it tends to share the same field as the Mountain Woods Flutternym.

For the Grassland Irisal, select it on the habitat tracker and drop a custom marker on the flower-covered slope before sweeping the hillside, since its numbers are low and Blitzwood is its only habitat for that form.

Grassland Iris and Grassland Irisal count as separate entries, so grab both to push the bar higher.

Bolty and Squarrel spawn close together across the autumn field, so you can chain their captures in one loop.

Night-only and conditional spawns

Time of day changes what appears. You can skip straight to noon or night from the system menu clock instead of waiting.

  • Wisptis (Highland Form) — night only, near the cliffside edge at -0616, 0608.
  • Sparki (Basic Form) — night only, on a hilltop at -0620, 0646.
  • Ignitis (Highland Form) — Take a basic Ignitis to the Wisptis area after dark; defeating six Highland Wisptis forces the form to spawn.
  • Blazen (Prismana Form) — It appears only during Prismana Flow, on the plateau lying to the east of the main area.

Flutternym also lives in other biomes, but only Blitzwood catches count toward this region’s collection.

Reach the Alpha Blazen arena

The Alpha Blazen stands on a mountaintop south of the Blitzwood Bloom, and reaching it means solving an ancient ruins puzzle. You need one talent skill and a Fire-element Aniimo to open the path.

Open the Blitzwood map and select Alpha Blazen (Lv. 45) to start tracking it toward the cliff.
Go to Character, then Talents, and learn and equip the active skill Gravity Pull. Unlocking it costs one Report Card. This skill lets you move objects marked with ancient energy patterns from a distance.
With Gravity Pull, set the glowing patterned orb over the floor pressure plate; this brings a wind jump pad online.
Use the launch to reach the stone ledge. Then switch to a Fire-element Aniimo, for example Helion, and burn the thorny vines off the next launch mechanism.
Take the upper wind pad to the plateau, where the Alpha is waiting.

Defeat and capture Alpha Blazen

Alpha Blazen is a Level 45 Alpha with Lightning-element attacks. It is weak to Ice and Dark, so an Aniimo like the Ice/Dark Glysera lands strong hits and shortens the fight. Watch for red telegraph lines on the ground, stagger the Alpha with an ultimate, and finish it off.

Defeat Alpha Blazen to get one chance to capture it; an Anipod Ultra or Sparkling Cube gives you a 100% catch rate. Capturing Alpha Blazen completes the final entry and also fulfills the badge’s combat condition.

Confirm the badge unlocked

When both conditions are met, a reward banner reading Badge Obtained: Thunderchaser appears, and the quest tracker flips from “Thunderchaser: Earn the Silver Collection Badge in Blitzwood. (0/1)” to “(1/1)”. You can verify it at any time by opening the Badges menu, where the unlocked Thunderchaser Silver badge carries its earn timestamp. With it equipped, the Eye of Potential and Ecological Intervention perks apply while you continue toward the Gold tier in Blitzwood.
