Zibai and Zhongli identify the Wind Reader
To make sense of the seal, the party travels to Baiju Guesthouse in Liyue Harbor, where Zibai, the White Horse Adeptus, is dining with Zhongli. Zibai recognizes the remnant soul immediately as Lan Junming, nicknamed “Mad Lan,” the very thaumaturge who created the Soul-Binding technique.
