Leveling in Vampire Life comes down to one repeatable loop: find an isolated human villager, latch on to feed, and finish them with your fists before guards or stake-carrying villagers can react. Stack a timed XP-boost code on top of that loop and the same kills push you up ranks far faster.
Quick answer: Redeem a 4X XP code, then hunt solitary Human Lv 0 villagers by feeding on their neck and punching them out, keeping stamina above zero and avoiding guards and red-glowing villagers.

Redeem an XP-boost code first
The biggest documented XP jump comes from timed code boosts, up to 4X XP for 30 minutes. Redeem one right before a hunting session so every kill counts for more. These codes are time-sensitive and can be switched off without warning, so redeem the moment you see one.
| Code | XP reward | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| SORRYBUGSADM | 4X XP | 30 minutes |
| ILOVEALLVAMP | 4X XP | 30 minutes |
| SORRY2KL | 3X XP (+20K Money) | 30 minutes |
| NEWCODNEWNPC | Double XP | 2 hours |
| ThankYou300 | Double XP | 30 minutes |
Neither baseline XP rates nor the XP required at each level are public, so regard these reward amounts as reported, not verified. The game is still in public-test alpha, and a patch could remove codes.

Add to Google Preferences →The core hunting loop for early levels
The primary low-level method is hunting solitary villagers. Feeding on a villager’s neck restores hunger and gives base XP, and finishing the villager with melee punches awards the kill XP that pushes your level up. Do this on lone targets away from town centers.

Threats that end runs fast
Dying resets the strength you build up while alive, so survival is part of leveling. Surviving continuously without dying gradually raises your overall power and combat effectiveness, which makes later hunts safer. Three things kill low-level vampires the fastest.
- Red-glowing villagers: they carry wooden stakes and can one-shot low-level vampires on contact.
- Town guards: Their attacks hit hard, making them unsafe opponents at low levels. Be careful not to strike one by mistake during a brawl.
- Empty stamina: running your stamina to zero leaves you helpless against counterattacks.

Vampires burn in sunlight. Save up $1,000 to buy a hat that shields you during daytime, so you can keep hunting once the sun is up instead of being forced to wait out the day.
Stack bounties from town notice boards
Towns have wooden notice boards pinned with repeatable tasks that pay XP and Money on top of your feeding kills. Accepting one before you hunt means the villagers you were killing anyway also count toward a bounty reward.

| Bounty | Objective | Reward |
|---|---|---|
| KILL 20 NPCS | Eliminate 20 NPCs in CITY | 70 XP + $50 |
| KILL 5 GUARDS | Eliminate 5 Guards | 55 XP + $60 |
| COMPLETE A DELIVERY | Go to the Grocer at CITY | 75 XP + $45 |
Walk up to the board, browse the listed tasks, and accept the one that fits your level. Once accepted, an objective counter appears in the top right of your HUD, such as 0 / 20, and ticks up as you complete it.

The KILL 5 GUARDS bounty pays well but sends you at the guards you should otherwise avoid at low level. Save it until you have banked enough survival strength to trade blows with them.
Slow AFK XP from the sleep move
The vampire sleep move, mapped to the B key, grants XP while you are away from the keyboard. The gain trickles in a little at a time, so treat it as a low-effort background option rather than a fast leveling route. It is the only non-code XP method beyond feeding and hunting, and nothing confirms whether code boosts multiply this XP.
What leveling unlocks, and how to avoid losing it
Leveling up ages your character, makes you stronger, unlocks new abilities, and improves your odds of becoming an Original. For witches, level also scales ability power directly. The Pain affliction from the witch update deals more damage the higher the witch’s level, though it drains mana and eventually starts harming the caster.
Published thresholds exist only for witch rank tiers, which span Novice to Scarce across levels 0 to 800+. The server’s highest-level witch also gains the Supreme Witch title, plus bonuses to strength, magic, duration, and proficiency.
| Level range | Witch title |
|---|---|
| 0–24 | Novice witch |
| 25–49 | Adept witch |
| 50–74 | Gifted witch |
| 75–99 | Powerful witch |
| 100–399 | Elder witch |
| 400–799 | Ancient witch |
| 800+ | Scarce witch |
Becoming Cannibal Raised, a stronger vampire form, resets your level. If you have banked a lot of progress, weigh that reset before triggering the transformation.
You will know the loop is working when a feeding kill produces an XP popup and your level number climbs, and when an accepted bounty’s counter fills to its target and pays out its XP and Money. Keep a boost active, hunt lone targets, disengage from anything red or guarded, and the levels stack up quickly.
