Draupnir is a party dungeon in AION 2, set inside a Bakarma Brigade stronghold that fell into the Abyss after the AION Tower collapsed. You run it in a group of up to five, kill a chain of Hero-rank bosses, and loot an Odyle Energy Cube at the end. The gear that matters here is the Anguish epic set and the Bakarma unique set, plus a wing cosmetic and Amplify Stone Fragments for upgrading.
Quick answer: Draupnir needs level 45 and a 700 item level, fits 1–5 players, and has a 60-minute limit. Its loot bosses are Phantasmal Lakshmi, Predator Saraswati and Transcendent Bakarma.
Draupnir entry requirements
You unlock the dungeon once your character hits the level gate and gear threshold. Both the Exploration and Conquest versions share the same level requirement, with the item level gating which difficulty you can queue for.
- Character level: 45
- Item level: 700
- Party size: 1–5 players
- Difficulties: Exploration and Conquest
- Time limit: 60 minutes
Four Hero-rank enemies live inside: Phantasmal Lakshmi, Predator Saraswati, Afflicted Bakarma and Transcendent Bakarma, all level 45. Afflicted Bakarma sits in the Meditation Room as a named Hero on the path to the final room and carries no loot pool of its own, so the gear you are chasing comes from the other three.

Boss mechanics to watch
Predator Saraswati
Predator Saraswati drops blue pools across the floor that deal damage over time if you stand in them. The boss will also wrap itself in one of these pools, so pull it clear before you commit to a damage window.

Phantasmal Lakshmi
Phantasmal Lakshmi reflects incoming damage back at players for 8 seconds when it calls out “Agony always comes back around!” Stop attacking for those 8 seconds. The boss keeps taking damage during the reflect, so a group that can outheal the reflected damage may ignore the mechanic entirely.
Transcendent Bakarma
Transcendent Bakarma teleports the party to the edges of the arena at 75% and 25% HP, then sends repeating waves. Jump over the waves to reach the boss and feed its stagger check.

Save your strongest stagger skills for the 75% and 25% windows. If the party fails to fully drain the stagger meter, the boss wipes the group with a wave and resets its HP to full.
Between those phases the arena floor turns into a red damage zone, and the boss places concentric orange circles under individual players that erupt into water geysers. Move out of your circle before it detonates.

Phantasmal Lakshmi drops and rates
Lakshmi guarantees a Refining Stone and a Soul Codex, and is the only boss here that drops the Lakshmi Necklace. Its Anguish gear rolls at very high rates per kill.

What the Anguish gear is worth
The Anguish pieces are tier-2 epic gear at item level 40, required level 37, each with three manastone slots and a +10 enchant ceiling. They bind when obtained. On defense values the set lands in the mid-teens of each armor slot rather than at the top. The Anguish Breastplate’s 292 Defense is the 15th-highest among 147 Top items, trailing the Splendent Ebony Dragon Lord and Splendent Wise Dragon Lord breastplates, which share the 756 top value. The Anguish Boots, Cloak, Gloves, Helm and Pauldrons each sit 16th in their slots, again behind the matching Splendent Dragon Lord pieces.
The Amplify Stone Fragments and Refining Stones are the practical reason to farm here, since they feed directly into enchanting and amplifying your gear. Bakarma’s unique drops are the rarer prize, with the full armor set and the Sealed Blue Wave Wings only available from that final kill.
