Clean Hands is one of the Pendola Pass quests added with the Frozen Trail update, handed out by the Nomadic Envoy trader. It sends you to a hidden Nomad Camp tucked beneath the Railyard, a high-traffic location where you often cross paths with other Raiders. The full task runs from the camp to the Old Town church and ends with an extraction.
Quick answer: Enter the Railyard through the drainage pipes on its west side. The Nomad Camp sits on the catwalks in the southwestern corner, where the Equatorial Sundial waits inside a yellow duffle bag.
Where the Nomad Camp sits under the Railyard
The Railyard sits in the center of the Pendola Pass map. It is a large Exodus-era depot built from a big station, several buildings, and train cars you can run straight through. Because it draws so many players, expect combat with other Raiders on your way in. Inside the interior, ARC presence is light, mostly Ticks and Fireballs rather than heavier enemies.
Head to the southwestern corner of the Railyard. Look for the large drainage pipes set into the wall that you can walk into. Follow them to the point where the pipes meet, and the Nomad Camp appears on the slightly raised metal catwalks. You can also reach the same spot by cutting through the ground-floor depot.
Reaching the tents updates the Clean Hands objective to the next step, confirming you are in the right place.
Grab the Equatorial Sundial from the duffle bag
At the camp, move to the cross-section where the catwalks join. Look for two large crates covered with blue tarps and a dented barrel sitting beside them. Next to that is a yellow duffle bag with a quest prompt. Search it to pick up the Equatorial Sundial.
The Sundial takes up one slot, so keep an open space in your backpack or Safe Pocket before you grab it.
Bring an augment with a Safe Pocket and store the Sundial there. If a Bully catches you on the snowfields, the item survives the death and you avoid restarting the run.
Carry the Equatorial Sundial to the Old Town church tower
Leave the Railyard and head west to Old Town, which sits on the far west side of the map just south of the Fallen Emperor. The area is a cluster of buildings heavily patrolled by flying ARC, so stay aware of the skies as you approach.
You are fully exposed while the Sundial gathers data at the railing. Clear any nearby flying ARC or hostile players before you start the interaction.

You still need to leave the map with the Sundial in your bag. Extraction on Pendola Pass runs on a gondola system rather than a standard terminal.
Turn in the Sundial to the Nomadic Envoy for rewards
After returning to Speranza, choose the Traders tab and speak to Nomadic Envoy (Ermal) to turn in the Equatorial Sundial. Clean Hands is then marked complete, and you receive the rewards listed below.

If the Sundial reading did not register, the quest tracker will still show the Old Town railing step rather than the extraction step, so return to the tower and interact with the marked railing again before calling the gondola.
