Anime Mysterious is a lane-defense take on tower defense on Roblox, where you summon anime-inspired units, switch them between attack and defense roles, and hold off waves across Story, Mysterious, raid, and event stages. Update 0.5, themed around Fate, rolled out on October 9, 2026 and reshaped the late game with new units, a dedicated summon banner, a second currency, and a batch of quality-of-life options.
Quick answer: Update 0.5 adds 16 units, the Fate Banner, Fate Tokens, Auto Ultimate, and three codes (UPDATE05, FATESTAYNIGHT, GILGAMESH). Reach level 5 and redeem the codes through the Naruta NPC in the lobby.

New content in Anime Mysterious Update 0.5
The update expands the roster by 16 units and opens new Fate-themed Story, Mysterious, and Event stages that sit in the late game. Alongside the new characters, several systems and menus were added.
- 16 new units, with Fate stages that drop Fate Tokens.
- New Story, Mysterious, and Event content.
- A new currency (Fate Tokens) and a new Banner.
- New cosmetics and new items.
- Auto Ultimate, which fires unit ultimates automatically.
- Two packs are available: Release Capsule Pack and Trait UPD 0.5 Pack.
- Passive descriptions now include ultimate text.
- Options let you conceal overhead displays for units, ultimate effects, and units controlled by other players.
The Fate run also layers in new gear that drops from stages or comes from the crafting station, including Royal Golden Arm, Royal Golden Boots, Blade Bracers, and Royal Golden Head. A Season 2 Battle Pass arrived with its own track of unit and item rewards.

Fate Banner and Fate Tokens
The Fate Banner lives in the Summons menu. To switch to it, talk to the Lihona NPC in the lobby, positioned between the Gems Shop and the Coins Shop. Each pull costs 50 Fate Tokens, a separate currency from Gems.
You earn Fate Tokens by clearing Fate Mysterious stages, Fate Story stages, and The Golden King Event tied to Gilgamesh. Redemption codes also hand out Fate Tokens from time to time, so claim them while they are live.
The banner runs a pity system that guarantees a unit of a set rarity after a number of pulls:
| Pity | Summons required |
|---|---|
| Legendary | 100 |
| Mythic | 500 |
Each pity counter resets whenever you land a Legendary or Mythic character from the gacha. The rarest unit on the banner is Siri, carried at a 0.10% pull chance, alongside Fate characters such as Archor, Atala, Ishtor, Lancer, Saber, and Gilgamesh.

Currency Transfer with the Broly NPC
Currency Transfer replaces the old Gems Transfer. Interact with the Broly NPC to open the menu, where you convert Gems into Fate Coins at a 5:1 ratio. This gives players without spare Fate Tokens another route into Fate pulls, though at a steep exchange rate.
New codes and how to redeem them
Three codes launched with Update 0.5. All of them require you to reach level 5 before they can be claimed.
UPDATE05FATESTAYNIGHTGILGAMESH

With the Fate Banner, Fate Tokens, and the Golden King event now live, Update 0.5 pushes most of its weight into late-game Fate content and the economy around pulling those units. Clearing Fate stages steadily is the most reliable way to stock Fate Tokens, while the codes give a quick head start before you dive in.
