Fortnitemares is running its mid-event stretch, and the Item Shop is dropping a new wave of skins, bundles and sidekicks almost every day through late October. The rotation leans hard into horror and crossover picks, with the Jason, Yeat, Hazbin Hotel, Purge and Sugar bundles all landing within a week of each other, plus two new animal sidekicks.
Quick answer: Between October 14 and October 20, the shop cycles through seven releases — the Jason, Yeat, Hazbin Hotel, Purge and Sugar bundles, plus the Fancy Ragdoll and Nitemare Cat sidekicks.
Fortnite Item Shop release schedule (October 14–20)
Epic is staggering these releases across daily shop resets rather than dumping them all at once. Each item appears on its listed date and stays available for a limited window afterward.
| Date | Item | Type |
|---|---|---|
| October 14 | Jason Bundle | Bundle |
| October 15 | Yeat Bundle | Bundle |
| October 16 | Hazbin Hotel Bundle | Bundle |
| October 16 | Fancy Ragdoll | Sidekick |
| October 17 | The Purge Bundle | Bundle |
| October 20 | Sugar Bundle | Bundle |
| October 20 | Nitemare Cat | Sidekick |
The Jason Bundle, tied to the Friday the 13th license, arrived on October 14 and is already in rotation. Everything from October 16 onward is still ahead.
Yeat bundle
The Yeat bundle, based on the rapper, is the music-crossover entry in this wave and goes live on October 15. It ships with three edit styles so you can switch the look rather than committing to one outfit.
- A face covering paired with a beanie
- A tank top with jewelry
- A glowing green mask with a hooded puffer jacket
Hazbin Hotel bundle and the Fancy Ragdoll sidekick
Two drops share an October 16 date. The Hazbin Hotel bundle brings three character skins from the animated series into the shop in one package.
Alongside it, the Fancy Ragdoll sidekick arrives — a gray-and-white cat companion with customization options you can tweak in the locker.
The Purge bundle
The Purge crossover is scheduled for October 17, built around a “Lady Liberty” style outfit drawn from the film series. It fits neatly into the Fortnitemares horror theme that runs through this rotation.
Sugar bundle and the Nitemare Cat sidekick
Both the Sugar bundle and the Nitemare Cat sidekick land on October 20. Sugar is a cat-eared skeleton outfit, finished in black and white with a striped tail, and the Nitemare Cat sidekick pairs with it as a matching companion.
New sprites and loot hack weapons in the October 15 update
The same day Yeat hits the shop, Battle Royale gets a gameplay refresh. Two new sprites join the Override system on October 15, one of which is a community-designed entry.
- Honey Sprite — summons a swarm of bees when you take damage.
- One Wish Willow Sprite — helps you locate other sprites.
The loot hack weapon pool also rotates. The current set is being replaced with the Pulse Rifle, Gatekeeper Shotgun, Kinetic Blade, Slap Splash and Hunting Rifle. The final storyline audio logs become available at the same time, so the Fortnitemares questline can be finished off.
More Fortnitemares crossovers still without shop dates
Beyond the confirmed daily schedule, dataminers have pointed to several more Fortnitemares crossovers expected to enter the game files and release in staggered waves through the rest of the month.
- Obsession
- Slender Man
- HamiKuma (Halloween Horror Nights)
- Beetlejuice
- Predator: Badlands
- League of Legends, Metal Sonic and The Exorcist (datamined)
Original Nurse and Spice skins have also been listed. Epic has not attached firm Item Shop dates to these, so treat the names as confirmed content without a locked release window.
Fortnitemares cosmetics are seasonal and limited-time, so anything you want from this window may not return quickly once the event wraps.
When the current season ends
Chapter 7 Season 4 runs until October 31, 2026, which is also the final day of the Battle Pass window. That gives the whole mid-to-late October lineup a hard cutoff, so the Sugar and Nitemare Cat drops on October 20 land in the closing stretch of the season rather than at its midpoint.
