How to Get the Necrofluid Gauntlet in BO7 Rex Infernus (Dravakar’s Forge)

Feed eight Pack-a-Punched weapon types to Dravakar's Forge, one per round, and the Ashes of the Damned Wonder Weapon is yours.

Feed eight Pack-a-Punched weapon types to Dravakar’s Forge, one per round, and the Ashes of the Damned Wonder Weapon is yours.

The Necrofluid Gauntlet was built for Ashes of the Damned, but it also has a hidden route into Rex Infernus, the final map in Black Ops 7 Zombies. You don’t get it from a puzzle or a boss fight. You get it by feeding Dravakar’s Forge one Pack-a-Punched weapon from every standard weapon class. Once the eighth offering lands, the forge gives you the gauntlet already upgraded.

Quick answer: First craft Warden’s Blight. At Dravakar’s Forge, offer a weapon from each of the eight classes, with every weapon upgraded to Pack-a-Punch Tier 1 or higher. You may make only one offering in a round.

Necrofluid Gauntlet requirements in Rex Infernus

The forge stays inactive until you have finished the map’s own Wonder Weapon quest. Picking up Warden’s Blight, the dual crossbows you assemble on Dravakar’s anvil, switches the forge on. Every other rule follows from there.

  • Warden’s Blight must be obtained first. Doing so activates Dravakar’s Forge.
  • The forge sits in Dravakar Inner Sanctum, which you reach with the Void Claw grapple.
  • A weapon is eligible only after reaching Pack-a-Punch Tier 1 or above.
  • The forge accepts one sacrifice per round, so the ritual takes at least eight rounds.
  • Order doesn’t matter. Each of the eight classes just has to be offered once.

Wonder Weapons, melee weapons, and Special weapons don’t count toward the ritual, so leave Warden’s Blight and your knife out of it.

All 8 weapon types to sacrifice and where to get them

The forge checks the class, not the specific gun. Any weapon in the right category works as long as it has been upgraded. The picks below are the quickest to grab on Rex Infernus, and most of them are wall-buys.

Weapon typeFastest pickWhere to get it
PistolCoda 9Her House, or Mystery Box
SMGRyden 45kWest Nexus Forge, by Nyxara’s Passage
LMGMK.78Nexus Core, beneath Nexus Forge
ShotgunEcho 12Nyxara’s Passage, north of Stamin-Up

Marksman RifleM8A1Veytharion’s Passage, near Vulture Aid
Assault RiflePeacekeeper Mk1Nyxara Entrance, north side past the door

The launcher is the one slot you can’t buy off a wall. Both options come only from the Mystery Box, and the box is random. Spin it whenever you have spare Essence while you work through the other seven classes, so you aren’t stuck hunting for a launcher at the end with a full ritual waiting on it.

How to sacrifice weapons at Dravakar’s Forge

Finish the Warden’s Blight quest and pick up the crossbows from Dravakar’s anvil. Dravakar’s Forge becomes active as soon as the Wonder Weapon is in your hands.
Buy or roll a weapon from one of the eight classes you haven’t offered yet. Run it through Pack-a-Punch at least once so it reaches Tier 1.
Grapple into Dravakar Inner Sanctum with the Void Claw. Make sure the upgraded weapon is the one you’re holding.
Walk up to the forge’s anvil and press interact. The weapon is consumed, and that class is crossed off.
Survive into the next round before offering another weapon. Repeat steps 2 through 4 until all eight classes are done.

Because you’re capped at one offering per round, it helps to have the next upgraded weapon ready before the round ends. That way you can sacrifice it right away and avoid wasting a round.

How you know the Necrofluid Gauntlet ritual worked

When the eighth class is accepted, Dominance of Dravakar appears on the forge’s anvil. That’s the Necrofluid Gauntlet in its Pack-a-Punch Tier 1 form. Interact with it to pick it up. You don’t have to fight anything or solve anything else after the last sacrifice.

It plays the same way it does in Ashes of the Damned. It fires necrofluid spikes that stick in enemies, and you can recall them to hit again and restore health. The upgraded version adds an alternate attack that detonates the spikes for area damage and extra healing. That combination makes high rounds, and another attempt at the Rex Infernus main quest, much more forgiving.
