Dress to Impress has switched to its Halloween season. The update went live on October 17 as version v2.6.8.0. It adds a new Halloween Collection Baddie Pass, a fresh batch of clothes, hair, and makeup, and a rebuilt skin customization menu. There are also four themed minigames and redecorated lobby, runway, and freeplay spaces. The new quest is the one piece missing at launch.

Quick answer: The Halloween event runs until November 7 at 4pm UTC. Open the Baddie Pass to see the 40 tiers. Tales of the Dark King is not in the launch patch and arrives the following week.

Halloween 2026 is a three-week season. Roblox lists it as an official event with fixed start and end times. Those times describe the overall event. They are not a promise that every activity or reward follows the same schedule.

Halloween Collection Baddie Pass: tiers, XP, and Candy

The new Baddie Pass is called the Halloween COLLECTION. It has 40 tiers, which is longer than the usual 30-tier pass. Rewards include cash, stars, cosmetics, faces, and clothing that is exclusive to the pass. You earn XP from regular runway rounds and from daily and weekly quests. Candy is the seasonal currency, and you spend it on a separate set of exclusive rewards.

You can buy tier skips with Robux. The pass screen also has a VIP prompt that says VIP unlocks extra rewards.

Returning 2025 passes

This year has no new Diamond Pass. The 2025 Diamond Pass returns instead and is bought with Robux. Last year’s regular Baddie Pass also comes back, but it sits behind the new one. It only opens once you finish the Halloween COLLECTION track, through the “Open 2nd Pass” button. The two older passes have separate unlock rules, so neither opens on its own at launch.

The 2025 Diamond Pass contained these items:

  • Monster Hands and Monster Heels
  • Mummy Bandaids
  • Steampunk Top, Steampunk Skirt, and Steampunk Mask
  • Rings and Baddie Boots
  • Corset Dress

Last year’s standard pass rewards included Torn Wings, the Sheep Plushie, the Rag Skirt and Rag Corset, the Monster Corset, the Stained Emo Top, the Ruffle Dress, and the Vampire Heart Dress.

New Halloween items in the dressing room

New clothing is spread across the usual categories. These are the free racks, the VIP room, the weekly boutique, and items bought with seasonal currency. Some sets are straightforward costumes. Others lean into fantasy, grunge, and high fashion. The Star Witch set has an anime influence, and it sits alongside a Mushroom set. The developers singled out both as favorites.

The male body gets a better selection this season. The update adds new men’s clothes, and many of the new items built for the female body also fit the male body.

Skin Tones menu: color wheel, HEX codes, and vitiligo

The skin booths in Lana’s Salon have a rebuilt Skin Tones interface. It has tabs for Details, Skin, and Skin color. You can pick colors three ways: from a Wheel, from a Palette, or by typing a HEX code. That makes exact shades possible, such as #be94a1 for a muted rose or #bff5ba for a pale green.

The Patterns tab layers markings over the base tone. Vitiligo is now fully colorable, so the patches no longer have to be a fixed shade. The menu also adds more skin textures, some free and some paid.

Haunting Beauty rework, hairstyles, and makeup

The Haunting Beauty set is an existing outfit, and it has received a complete visual rework. In 2025 the set came with a dress, a neckpiece, a headpiece, shoes, sleeves, and a hairstyle.

New hairstyles and makeup looks aim at detailed costume builds. The hair menu sorts styles into Feminine, Masculine, Bangs, Curly, Straight, Wavy, Updo, Locs, Braids, and Afro. You can recolor hair at the styling stations. In the salon makeup chair, the eye selection now runs up to number 295.

Walk packs and runway pose pack

The update adds a new walk pack and a new runway pose pack. Earlier Halloween walk packs also return. The 2025 lineup included the Ghost, Nightmare, and Possessed walk packs, and the Possessed pack is the one that crawls backwards. Walk packs are selected from the pose menu, the same place they have lived since the summer update.

Halloween minigames in Dress to Impress

Four activities run during the season. Two are new and two return from earlier Halloween events.

One of the new minigames pays out special currency. The developers have not given a full breakdown of its rewards or rules.

Halloween lobby, runway, and freeplay changes

The lobby has Halloween decorations, and the runway has been rebuilt for the season. Freeplay mode has also been redesigned to match. These are the spaces where the seasonal activities and quests take place, so you will be in them often during the event.

Tales of the Dark King quest and returning quests

Tales of the Dark King is the new Halloween quest, and it is not playable on launch day. It is scheduled for the week after the update. No exact release date or time has been confirmed.

The main Halloween quest does not center on Lana. A smaller Lana quest is part of the season, so there are two separate story threads. Last year’s quest is also coming back. The main quest has an eerie setting, but its central character and destination have not been revealed.

The developers plan to expand VIP and rework additional items later, while keeping just one VIP game pass; these changes aren’t included in the October 17 release. The season currently features a 40-tier pass, returning 2025 passes, new clothing, an updated skin menu, and four minigames. The quest arrives a week afterward.
