Stamina in Aion 2 runs out at the worst moments, usually mid-dodge during a boss mechanic in Transcendence or an Expedition Conquest, or halfway through a PvP outplay. The direct way to get more of it is food. Every stamina dish raises both Max Stamina and Natural Stamina Regen for five minutes. How much depends on the dish’s grade, not its name.

Quick answer: Eat stamina food from Market → Exchange → Food or from Cooking. Common food adds 30% Natural Stamina Regen, Rare adds 40%, and Epic adds 50%, each for 5 minutes.

Stamina food grades: 30%, 40%, and 50% regen

Grade sets the stamina numbers. The secondary stats on each dish vary. One might add Block and Defense, another Attack and Accuracy. The stamina bonuses within a grade follow the same pattern.

GradeNatural Stamina RegenMax StaminaDuration
Common+30%+2005 min
Rare+40%+3005 min
Epic+50%+3505 min

Rare dishes carry the “Artisan’s” prefix, such as Artisan’s Roasted Fogus or Artisan’s Curry Meat Stirfry. Epic dishes are the White Dragon’s and Dark Dragon’s line, and they also add Status Effect Resist on top of their combat stats. Each food has a 1-second cooldown, so swapping between dishes is not limited by a long timer.

Artisan’s Roasted Fogus is Bound and comes from the Daeva Pass Subscription rather than the market. If you have it, it works like any other Rare stamina food.

Where to get stamina food in Aion 2

You have two routes. You can buy from other players on the Market Exchange or cook the food yourself. The cooked dishes in the tables below are tradable, which is why they turn up on the market.

Buy it on the Market Exchange

Open Market, switch to Exchange, and pick the Food category. Hover over a listing to check its grade and regen percentage before you buy.

Fruit Salad is the low-cost option. It is a Common dish with the 30% regen bonus plus Block and Defense, and it usually lists for around 500 Kinah. It suits everyday play. Save Rare or Epic food for content where every dodge counts.

Cook it yourself: stamina food recipes

Recipes sit under Crafting → Cooking. Every stamina dish below has a 72.9% base success rate and a 30% combo chance, and each buff lasts 300 seconds. Common dishes need character level 1 to use. Rare and Epic dishes need level 10.

The Epic recipes share Soft Balaur Meat and Odyle as base ingredients, and they ask for five of a Bound seasoning or staple. The secondary stats differ by dish. The Chopped Steak adds Max HP, Max MP, Defense, and Block. The Seafood Pastas add Critical Hit, Evasion, and Block. The Beef Wellington adds Attack, Defense, and Accuracy. Pick the dish that matches your role. The stamina side is the same.

Selling to a vendor returns 25 Kinah for a Common dish, 125 for a Rare, and 280 for an Epic. That is far below what players pay on the market, so surplus cooking is better listed on the Exchange.

How to eat stamina food and turn on Auto-use

A five-minute buff is easy to forget during a long run. The Auto-use toggle eats the next portion when the current buff expires, so your regen bonus stays active.

Open your inventory, the Cube, and find the stamina food you bought or cooked.
Drag the food onto your action bar or Consumables Quickslot. Press that slot whenever you want to eat it manually. You can also click the item directly in the Cube.
Back in the Cube, click the small Auto-use dot on the food’s icon. Once it is on, your character eats another portion automatically each time the buff runs out.

The Auto-use control on Fruit Salad in the Cube keeps the buff running without manual refreshes. Shown at 01:19 in StingKnight’s video. Image: NC

You can confirm it worked in two ways. A buff named after the dish appears on your status bar with a 300-second timer, and your character window shows a higher Max Stamina while it lasts. With Auto-use on, a fresh buff replaces the old one right after the timer hits zero, and the food stack in your Cube drops by one.

Auto-use pulls from your stack, so carry enough portions for the whole session. A one-hour run takes 12 portions.

For most players, a stack of Fruit Salad on Auto-use covers daily content at 30% regen. Move up to Rare or Epic food when a fight’s mechanics demand repeated dodges, or when you need a deeper stamina bar in PvP.
