Open your in-game inbox after the redemption completes. The rewards are available there when the code has been accepted.

Open the official Summoners War Coupon Exchange website. This method uses your server and Hive ID instead of the in-game code box.
Return to Summoners War and check your in-game inbox. The redemption has worked when the reward items appear there.
