Transformation candies in AION 2 are not dropped by monsters, and nobody hands them out in the field. You make them yourself. The Morph Merchant sells a one-time recipe for each transformation, called a Morph Method, along with the essence that each candy consumes. You then turn those materials into candy through Substance Morph. Dratona Transformation Candy matters most because the Abyss Supply Request’s emergency delivery asks for two of them. The same shop also stocks the Aullaeu, Mumu, and Festival Mau recipes.
Quick answer: Buy the Morph Method recipe (100,000 Kina) and its essence (10,000 Kina each) from a Morph Merchant. Then open Substance Morph, go to the Special tab, and combine 1 essence with 3 Odyle.
Morph Merchant locations in Verteron and Altgard
Each Morph Merchant buys and sells items. Elyos players have one in Zumion Village and another at the Dawn Legion Base in Verteron. Asmodians use the Safe Haven merchant in Altgard. Every location is inside a safe zone, so you can shop without any risk of a fight.

The Zumion Village merchant runs a stall that is easy to spot once you arrive in the village. Open the map and look for the merchant icon inside the safe-zone markers.
The Morph Merchant and the Command Merchant use the same map icon. Check the name on the interaction prompt before you open the shop.
Each bind point you activate in Verteron pays out Kina. The Dawn Legion Base Kibelisk gives 2,000 Kina, and the one in Zumion Village gives 3,000 Kina. That money goes toward the purchases below.
Substance Morph Shop prices for recipes and essences
Visit the merchant to access the Substance Morph Shop. Recipe unlocks are permanent. Essences get used up, and crafting each candy takes one.

The Festival Mau recipe is limited to one purchase per character. It cannot be traded, and it has separate Elyos and Asmodian versions. When you learn it, it teaches the Mau Transformation Candy morph, so you craft it with Mau’s Essence. One recipe plus one essence comes to 110,000 Kina. The two Dratona candies for an emergency delivery cost 120,000 Kina plus 6 Odyle.
How to craft Dratona Transformation Candy in Substance Morph
Gather your Odyle before you start. You can mine it from nodes in the open world or buy it on the Market. Verteron has 706 Odyle node spots and Altgard has 650, so it is not hard to find.
Repeat the Morph step once for each candy you need. Each craft makes one candy.
Turning in Dratona candy for the Abyss Supply Request
Open the Abyss Supply Request window and go to the Emergency tab. This delivery asks for 2 Dratona Transformation Candy (Bound). Deliver both candies from your bag. The counter reads 2/2 and the entry is marked Delivery Complete. That is how you know the turn-in worked, and the emergency progress bar moves up.

Dratona Transformation Candy requires level 10 to use and has a 1-second cooldown. It stacks up to 10,000 and can go into either character storage or server storage. Each candy sells to a vendor for only 35 Kina, against roughly 10,000 Kina spent on the essence. Craft only what a supply request needs, and keep the recipe for the next time it asks.
