Find the Animals [240] is a Roblox scavenger hunt with a simple premise. A zoo’s animals escape while the caretaker sleeps, and you have to round them up again across six connected biomes. The number in the title is the goal. A counter at the top of the screen starts at Found: 0/240. Almost every animal you collect also becomes a morph you can turn into, and that matters because many later animals can only be reached in a smaller, flying or swimming body.
Quick answer: Rebirth 1 opens at 216 animals found, not 240. Most finds come from exploration, and the rest come from puzzles, the Merge Machine at 70 finds, and the six-gem Biome Vault.
What the 240 animals in Find the Animals [240] include
Each find triggers a popup with three lines: the animal’s name, its rarity, and the word “Morph!” For example, the first animal near spawn appears as “Dog / Common / Morph!” The HUD counter goes up by one, and the animal is added to the Index. The Index also gives hints for animals you haven’t found yet, such as “It climbed all the way up a farm silo.”
Rarity tells you roughly how much work an animal takes. The game uses eight tiers:
- Common
- Uncommon
- Rare
- Epic
- Legendary
- Mythic
- Secret
- OG
Not every animal comes from searching the map. A community booth near spawn reads “Join our community for a Free Secret Animal” and gives you the Griffin as a Secret morph. A Day 1 daily reward adds the Whale Shark. Several animals only exist as Merge Machine hybrids. Others come from the Biome Vault and from rebirthing.

Many of the easiest animals sit in plain view. Near the central pond and beach umbrellas in the Grass Biome, the Mouse, Turtle, Crab and Butterfly are all found within the first minute or two. Floating heart icons above collectible animals make these early pickups hard to miss.

Add to Google Preferences →The six biomes and what each one hides
The six zones are connected. Some of the paths between them are vertical or underwater.
| Biome | Notable landmarks | Example finds |
|---|---|---|
| Grass | Central pond, Biome Vault, park | Dog, Panda, Werewolf |
| Farm | Red barn, grain silo, supermarket | Hydra, Chimera, Bison |
| Treehouse | Sky Stable, Greenhouse, ziplines | Pegasus, Qilin, Okapi |
| Snow | Cabins, igloo, ship, cannon | Yeti, Alicorn, Walrus |
| Cave | Shipwreck, treasure pile, deep pools | Kraken, Giant Squid, Dodo |
| Sand | Pyramids, golden tomb, saloon | Sphinx, Basilisk, Camel |
The Farm Biome has more hiding spots than any other zone. Animals are tucked inside a ramp structure, in a fountain, on rooftops, inside the barn and up the grain silo. The Hydra sits inside the silo itself.

The barnyard itself holds the classic farm set: Chicken, Cow and Horse around the barn, fences and hay bales. Rarer animals are hidden higher up. The Bongo is on the barn roof, and the Owlbear is in an attic loft.

Two biomes depend on morphs to explore properly. The Treehouse’s upper levels are much easier to reach once Pegasus lets you fly. The Cave Biome is reached by dropping down a deep underwater shaft from the Snow side, so a swimming morph is needed to collect the Sea Serpent, Kraken, Beluga and Hammerhead there.
Puzzle, quest and chest animals
Some animals won’t register just by being reached. They sit behind a small task. Each of these is fixed in the game, so the conditions below don’t change between servers.
| Animal | Biome | Unlock condition |
|---|---|---|
| Pegasus (Mythic) | Treehouse | Code 5684 on Sky Stable keypad |
| Bison | Farm | Feed 10 garden tomatoes |
| Camel | Sand | Feed 6 cactus flowers |
| Walrus | Snow | Hit 4 ship targets with cannon |
| Minotaur (Legendary) | Snow | Two players on “2 Friends” plates |
| Feathered Serpent | Treehouse | 40-click chest |
| Galaxy Dragon | Farm | 30-click mushroom |
| Crystal Dragon | Snow | 50-click chest |
| Basilisk | Sand | 25-click chest in golden tomb |
The Pegasus code isn’t hidden. “Sky Stable code / 5684” is written on a wall along the treehouse trunk stairs, and the keypad door further up accepts it. The quest animals track progress on the HUD with counters such as “Feed the Bison 0/10” and “Feed the Camel 0/6.” The cannon shows “Shoot The Ship! / Targets: 0/4.”
The Minotaur cage needs both red pressure plates held down at the same time, so it can’t be opened alone. You need a second player in the server.
Size gates are the other common lock. Gaps marked “Smaller Animal Required!” only let small morphs through. The Mandrill sits behind cage bars that only a small morph can slip through, and the Cerberus is in an underwater cage that works the same way.

A few Secret and high-rarity animals are simply well hidden rather than locked. The Nine Tailed Fox is behind a waterfall, the Lava Dragon is in a secret desert chamber, and the Qilin and Black Panther sit high in the treehouse canopy.
Merge Machine recipes and the 70-animal requirement
The Merge Machine building stays locked until you’ve found 70 animals. Its sign reads “Find Animals To Unlock Merging! / 0/70” until then. Once it’s open, it combines two animals you already own into a hybrid. Each hybrid counts as its own entry toward the 240, and the two parent animals stay in your collection.
| Recipe | Result | Rarity |
|---|---|---|
| Crocodile + Forest Dragon | Crocodrake | Epic |
| Elephant + Yak | Mammoth | Rare |
| Gorilla + Rhino | Rhinorrilla | Rare |
| Polar Bear + Orca | Killer Bear | Rare |
| Wolf + Galaxy Dragon | Galaxy Wolf | Epic |
| Tiger + Walrus | Sabertooth | Epic |
| Irish Elk + Crystal Dragon | Crystal Elk | Legendary |
| Lion + Shark | Lionshark | Legendary |
| Hammerhead + Whale | Megalodon | Legendary |
| Komodo Dragon + Cassowary | Raptor | Legendary |
| Brown Bear + Lava Dragon | Magma Bear | Mythic |
| Sea Serpent + Giant Squid | Leviathan | Secret |
| Cheetah + Phoenix | Blaze Cheetah | OG |
Several recipes depend on the puzzle animals above. Sabertooth needs the cannon-unlocked Walrus. Galaxy Wolf and Crystal Elk need dragons from click chests. Leviathan needs two Cave Biome animals. So the merge list tends to fill in last. The machine shows the recipe header before it fuses the pair, and the result popup lists the hybrid’s name, its parents and its rarity.

Biome Vault gems and the Golden Dragon
Each biome hides one gem: Cave, Sand, Snow, Farm, Grass and Treehouse. The gems go into the large circular vault door in the Grass Biome. When all six are in, the HUD reads “Biome Vault 6/6” with “You have every gem! Open the vault!” The vault’s slot list labels the gems “Grass, Lemon, Sand, Farm, Snow, Cave.” The “Lemon” slot is the one filled by the Treehouse gem.
Opening the vault shows “Vault opened!” and gives you the Golden Dragon, an OG-rarity morph. It’s the only animal in the game tied to the full set of six gems.
Rebirth 1 and the Chinese Dragon
The Rebirth menu is in the Index. It shows a progress bar described as “Find animals to fill the bar, then rebirth!” The bar fills at 216/216, which is 24 animals short of the full 240. You can rebirth with that gap still open. Using the Rebirth button at that point plays a “REBIRTH 1 / Chinese Dragon unlocked!” banner, followed by the usual popup confirming the Chinese Dragon as an OG morph.
In practice, a full playthrough of every biome, every merge, the vault and the first rebirth reaches about 232 on the counter. The last handful of animals are usually ones the Index hints still point to. A complete run is confirmed when the HUD reads Found: 240/240. Until then, the Index hints are the most reliable way to find what’s left.
