The relic is in the Clock Tower, in a district called the Path of the Builder. That hall is lined with iron fist traps and crushing pistons. Partway through it, a small chamber sits between two gates. The chest inside is dark with gold trim, and orange furnace light glows behind it.

The route begins at the Foundry Apex mirror. You need to clear a fight in the Path of the Builder before the chest opens.
What the Moonlit Shard does
The MOONLIT SHARD is a relic. Its card reads:
“Rose gains 20% more XP by killing enemies as long as she has 100% of her maximum life.”
The flavour text adds: “Once worn by ladies of the court, this refined jewel held both hairstyles and secrets in place.”
To equip it, use Hold to equip on the card when it appears. You can also equip it later from the Equipment screen.
The bonus switches off as soon as Rose takes a hit and drops below full life.
