Triage Protocol is a looting order in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 DMZ. It sends you into a medical building to collect supplies, and one building can cover all three objectives.

Quick answer: Enter the CLINIC in Pyeonghwa Village, take the Bandage from a ward bedside table, then loot First Aid Kits, medical bags, duffels and shelves until Chemicals reach 30/30.

Triage Protocol objectives on DMZ ORDERS PG 2

On DMZ ORDERS PG 2, Triage Protocol appears as order 02 in chapter CH. HUMAN INTEL 1/2. It contains three lines, including a Chemicals entry with a live counter:

  • “Head to a Clinic”
  • “Loot a Bandage”
  • “Loot 30 Chemicals” (x/30)

Hunter (order 01) and No One Left (order 03) sit on the same page. You can work on them during the same deployment.

Clinic location in Pyeonghwa Village

On the tac map, find the cross-marked CLINIC in Pyeonghwa Village. It sits south of the 14th Political Prison on the river’s west bank. Ping the location to set a marker to follow.

Walk inside. “Head to a Clinic” ticks as soon as you enter, and the compass reads “Pyeonghwa Village” while you are in the building.

Where to find the Bandage

In the ward rooms furnished with green metal beds, inspect a bedside table: a Bandage lies there beside a bed and a green medical bag. Radiation Blockers and a Stim can appear on that same table. Loot placement varies, so check the other ward tables if it’s empty.

Pick it up, and the prompt shows “Bandage x 1”. The item card reads BANDAGE, UNCOMMON, CONSUMABLE, and “Loot a Bandage” ticks right away.

Looting 30 Chemicals in the clinic

The clinic’s many medical containers contain Chemicals, a crafting resource spent at the 3D printer. Chemicals come in amounts like 3 to 5, so open several containers to gather enough.

In a back storeroom, loose Chemicals x5 sit beside Synthetics x5 near grey metal shelving. Clear the rooms along the ground-floor corridor, then the wards; the tally rises through amounts such as 5/30, 14/30 and 22/30.

The order tracks Chemicals you loot, and each pickup during a deployment raises the counter, so gather them while out in the field.

When the counter hits 30/30, Triage Protocol is done. All three lines show as ticked on the Orders page.
