Every leaked resonator tied to the Huanglong region, including SP Yangyang, Suisui, Hsin, and Suoming.

The Lahai-Roi arc is finished and Lucilla, the last resonator from that region, is already out. What comes next pulls Wuthering Waves back toward Huanglong, with a new area called Mengzhou shown off during the Summer Game Fest 2026 trailer. A wave of leaked resonators is now tied to that region across the 3.5, 3.6, and 3.7 updates.

Quick answer: The leaked Mengzhou lineup runs SP Yangyang (Xuanling) and Suisui in 3.5, Qingxiao and Jingran in 3.6, then Hsin and Suoming in 3.7. None of these are official, so kits, elements, and weapon types can still change before release.

Treat everything below as unconfirmed. These names and roles come from community leakers and ongoing testing, and Kuro Games has not officially detailed the full roster. Some details are more solid than others, which is noted per character.

Mengzhou character roadmap for 3.5 to 3.7

Each version is expected to bring two new 5-star resonators split across two banner phases. The estimated banner windows below follow the roughly six-week version cycle and are subject to change.

Version 3.5: SP Yangyang and Suisui

Version 3.5 marks the return to Huanglong and the debut of Mengzhou. The early banner window points to a roughly July to August 2026 run, with the two sisters splitting the two phases.

SP Yangyang (Xuanling)

Yangyang, the 4-star sword user players receive early in the game, is leaked to get a 5-star alternate form known as Xuanling, or Yangyang SP. This would be the first SP character in Wuthering Waves. She is described as a Sword main DPS, with most leaks placing her in the Havoc element, and she finally takes a featured spot in the main story.

Her leaked kit leans on an Enhanced Rising Dragon, a Dragon Ascent Charge mechanic, and mid-combat weapon switching for a multi-stance playstyle. She is also tied to the Havoc Bane debuff, which currently only Chisa applies through Unseen Snare, making the two a natural pairing for Havoc teams.

Suisui

Suisui is leaked as Yangyang’s younger sister and is set to follow Xuanling in Phase 2. She is a Glacio Rectifier user whose kit reportedly includes two forms she swaps between using her Resonance Skill. Her exact team role is still unsettled, with possibilities ranging from a Glacio support role alongside Hiyuki and Lucilla, to a sub-DPS partner for Xuanling, to a slot in Echo-focused teams. Some leaks also describe her as a support for negative status effects that won’t work with every effect type.

Version 3.6: Qingxiao and Jingran

Version 3.6 pushes deeper into Mengzhou and is estimated for an August to October 2026 window. Both characters here sit at the early leak stage, so their kits are largely unknown.

  • Qingxiao — a wuxia-style swordswoman leaked as a Sword main DPS using the Aero element. Specific kit details have not surfaced.
  • Jingran — a new male character leaked as a Fusion resonator and rumored Broadblade user.

Version 3.7: Hsin and Suoming

Version 3.7 is where the region’s Sentinel resonator is expected to arrive, with an estimated October to November 2026 window.

Hsin

Hsin is leaked as the Sentinel resonator of Mengzhou and is most often described as an Electro Rectifier user, though some leaks float Glacio instead. Unlike previous Sentinel resonators, she reportedly won’t function as a main DPS, at least not at her base S0 form.

Suoming

Suoming closes out the leaked roster as a Havoc Rectifier user, with some early leaks suggesting a Glacio element instead. She is positioned as the missing support for Echo Skill-based teams, slotting in alongside characters like Sigrika.

How firm is the Mengzhou roster?

The 3.5 pair is the most consistent across leaks, since SP Yangyang and Suisui appear repeatedly with matching element and weapon details. Hsin’s role as the Mengzhou Sentinel is also widely repeated, even if her element is still in question. Qingxiao, Jingran, and Suoming remain early-stage, and their names, attributes, and kits are the most likely to shift as testing progresses.

Until Kuro Games confirms the lineup through official drip marketing or a livestream, none of these characters, banner phases, or windows should be treated as locked. The shape of the Huanglong arc is clear, but the finer details will keep changing right up to each version’s launch.
