Fish It just got a large summer drop, and the centerpiece is Stingray Shores, a reworked version of the old starter area that now sits as a full progression island. Log in and the map looks different right away, with new fish to index, a fresh battle pass tied to fishing, a high-value boss hunt, and a football tie-in built around the World Cup. The rundown below covers what changed and what is worth your time on day one.
Quick answer: Drive your boat to Stingray Shores near Lost Isle to access 20 new fish (two are secret-tier), start the Summer Battle Pass by fishing, hunt the Dark Megalodon in the water in front of the island with at least a Diamond rod, and turn in 10 Soccer Balls to the Goalie NPC for the Large Football Trophy.

Stingray Shores island location and fish
Stingray Shores is a reimagined take on the original island, and it sits near Lost Isle on the map. You reach it by boat, and once you land there is enough content to keep you busy for a long session. It functions as a true progression island rather than a quick stop.

The island adds 20 brand-new fish to discover and add to your index. Two of those are secret-tier, so anyone chasing a complete index will want to spend serious time casting here. You can open Fish It directly from its Roblox game page to start.
Summer Battle Pass
The Summer Battle Pass is live and rewards you simply for fishing. Every cast earns coins that move you up the pass. You must claim each reward in order, starting from the first tier and working forward. You cannot skip ahead to a later reward even if you have banked enough coins for it.
Dark Megalodon Hunt
The Dark Megalodon is the headline catch of the update, with a 1 in 8 million drop chance and an 8M value. It appears as a timed event in the water directly in front of Stingray Shores, much like the regular Megalodon. You have to wait for it to spawn before you can go after it.

To attempt the catch you need at least a Diamond rod, since the Dark Megalodon weighs 850 kg. Elemental rods work as well. It is jet black, wears a crown, and has a cracked, zombie-like body, making it one of the standout fish in the game right now.
Elemental Tempest Ray secret fish
The Elemental Tempest Ray is one of the two secret fish on Stingray Shores, with a 1 in 1 million drop chance and a 1M value. It has a blue-to-gold gradient with lightning running through its body, so it looks like a stingray hit by a storm.

Goalie Quest and the Large Football Trophy

World Tour Bundle in the shop
A football-themed World Tour Bundle is in the shop to mark the FIFA World Cup. It contains the World Tour Football Rod, the SIUUUU Emote, and the 2026 World Tour Trophy.

Treasure Hunt Weather Machine
Treasure Hunts can now be triggered on demand. Use the Weather Machine and spend 1 million gold to spawn a Treasure Hunt yourself, so you no longer have to wait on random server luck for a chest. There is a 2-hour cooldown after you collect a chest, so it cannot be repeated back to back.
Bug fixes in this update
Alongside the new content, the update addresses several issues including the MEGA Yacht, Arctic pet tags, anti-cheat, and server size handling.
Stingray Shores is a dense addition overall, and the fastest way to feel the changes is to boat over near Lost Isle, start filling the index, and keep an eye on the water in front of the island for the Dark Megalodon spawn.
