How to redeem codes

Launch Tower Heroes on Roblox and wait to load into the main lobby.

Click the Codes button on the left side of the screen (it uses the Roblox icon in the current lobby UI).

Type a code exactly as shown into the Enter Code box. Codes are case-sensitive.

Press Redeem. If copy–paste fails, retype the code manually and try again.

If a valid code doesn’t apply, return to the lobby or restart the game and attempt redemption once more.

The code has expired or was time-limited for a specific event.
Typing mistakes or extra spaces — codes are case-sensitive and must match exactly.
The code was already redeemed on your Roblox account.
Lobby or client state is stale — rejoin the game or restart Roblox and try again.
