Sprites in Chapter 7 Season 3: Runners run on a fixed weekly rhythm. Three separate event windows repeat every week for the whole season, each built to help you collect rarer Sprites and push the ones you already own to higher levels faster.
Quick answer: Log in on Mondays to level Sprites twice as fast and farm double Sprite Dust, check in on Thursdays for a brand-new Sprite or variant, and join a Saturday Power Hour at 3:30 PM or 9:30 PM ET to chase a missing variant under special modifiers.

The three weekly Sprite event days
The rotation is the same every week, and the rewards and featured Sprites change each time. The events began on Monday, June 8 at 9 AM ET (1 PM UTC) and continue throughout the Runners season.
| Day | Window | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Mastery Mondays | 9 AM ET through 9 AM ET the next day | Boosts Sprite leveling and Sprite Dust gains |
| Thursdays | All day | Adds a new Sprite or special variant |
| Saturday Power Hours | 3:30 PM and 9:30 PM ET | Refreshed modifiers and a shot at a missing variant |
Mastery Mondays: faster Sprite leveling and double Dust
Monday is the day to grind. The window runs from 9 AM ET until 9 AM ET the following morning, so you have a full 24 hours to take advantage of the boosts.
- Legendary and Mythic Sprites appear more often.
- Sprites level up twice as fast.
- Extractions give 2x Sprite Dust, which you can spend to summon Sprites you have already extracted or to upgrade their powers and loot.
If you want to maximize a roster, save your extractions and upgrade pushes for Mondays so every action counts double.

Thursdays: the new Sprite or variant drop
Every Thursday introduces a fresh Sprite or a special variant into the pool. The launch week’s first addition was the Gummy variant, which arrived Thursday, June 11. Each week brings a different drop, so Thursday is the day to be among the first to track down whatever has just been added.
Saturday Power Hours: timed modifiers and rare variants
Saturdays host two Power Hour sessions, at 3:30 PM and 9:30 PM ET. Each Power Hour swaps in a refreshed set of gameplay modifiers and gives you a chance to grab a Sprite variant you have been missing. The modifiers rotate weekly.
The launch Power Hour on Saturday, June 13 ran with this set of modifiers:
- Gold Sprite variants were significantly more common.
- Everyone dropped in with the Dark Voyager’s Chaos Rifle.
- Each Sprite extraction replenished Health and Shield and applied a Slap effect.
- Each extraction also added a stacking buff that sped up Sprite leveling for the rest of the match.
Because the featured variant and modifiers reset each week, a Sprite you want may only be highlighted during a specific Saturday session, making the Power Hour the most reliable way to fill collection gaps.

How to use the weekly schedule
The three days work best together over a week. Hunt new content on Thursday, chase variants during Saturday’s Power Hours, and bank your heavy leveling and extraction work for Monday’s double rewards.
Since the rotating Sprites and modifiers are announced ahead of time, it is worth confirming each week’s featured variant before you plan your sessions so you do not miss a one-week window. The structure stays constant for the rest of Runners, even as the specific rewards change from week to week.
