Sandrone arrives in Phase 1 of Version 6.7 alongside a Citlali rerun, and here’s exactly when her banner goes live.

Sandrone, the Seventh of the Fatui Harbingers, becomes playable when Genshin Impact Version 6.7 “Luna VIII” goes live. She is a 5-star Cryo character who wields a Claymore, and her debut banner runs in the first phase of the update right next to a rerun for Citlali.

Quick answer: Sandrone releases globally on July 1, 2026 at 11:00 AM (UTC+8), the moment Version 6.7 maintenance ends and the new banners open.

Release time: July 1, 2026, 11:00 AM (UTC+8)

The update unlocks at the same instant worldwide, which is 11:00 AM on July 1 in the Asia server time zone (UTC+8). Because that single moment lands on different clocks, players in the Americas will see the banner open on the evening of June 30. Here is how the launch maps to common time zones.

Sandrone headlines Phase 1 of Version 6.7. Her character event wish runs from July 1, 2026 to July 21, 2026, paired with a rerun banner for Citlali. The matching weapon banner features her signature 5-star Claymore, A Teaspoon of Transcendence, alongside Citlali’s Starcaller’s Watch.

If you want Sandrone, you only have the first three weeks of the patch to pull her. Once Phase 2 begins on July 21, her banner is replaced by Columbina and Raiden Shogun, and there is no confirmed date yet for when she would return.

What Sandrone does

Sandrone is a Main DPS built around a mechanical companion named Fagio and the new Stellar-Conduct reaction. Her playstyle splits between two power states as she manages Decoding Power, charging up Charged Attacks that fire condensed beams dealing Stellar-Conduct damage.

Her Elemental Skill puts her on the Tea Party Tactical Assault Hovermech, letting her hover for several seconds while a Prismatic Resonance Cannon fires at enemies for Cryo damage. Casting the Skill also lowers Decoding Power and resets her firing rate. Her Elemental Burst calls down an array of cannons before unleashing a ray that deals heavy AoE Cryo damage, which converts to Stellar-Conduct damage when she is in her Radiance: Stellar-Conduct state.

The Stellar-Conduct reaction tied to her kit

Version 6.7 introduces Stellar-Conduct, a variant of Superconduct that triggers when Cryo meets Electro under specific conditions. With Sandrone on the team, every Superconduct reaction triggered by any party member converts into Stellar-Conduct instead, and the whole team deals increased Stellar-Conduct damage.

The reaction can turn the surrounding area into a Stellar Glow Domain. Enemies struck by Cryo or Electro inside that domain feed sealed elemental energy that releases periodically, granting Cryo and Electro damage bonuses to party members in the zone and lowering enemy Physical resistance. A new Lightrace Wish Banner also launches in 6.7, featuring characters and weapons tuned around this reaction, and it shares its pity count with the Chronicled Wish.

How to confirm the banner is live

You will know Sandrone is available the moment maintenance ends and you can log back in. Open the Wish menu and look for “To the Looking-Glass the Mademoiselle Said,” which is Sandrone’s featured character event wish. If the banner still shows the previous version’s lineup, the servers have not finished updating yet, so wait for the client to patch and restart.

With Luna VIII closing out the Song of the Welkin Moon cycle before Version 7.0, Sandrone’s July 1 debut is the headline reason to log in early. Mark the maintenance window, finish any pre-farming you want done, and have your Primogems ready before the first phase opens.
