Every viewpoint, chest, secret, Mayan stele, and animal on Sacrifice Island, with map coordinates and loot.

Sacrifice Island sits in the Conttoyor region of Assassin’s Creed 4 Black Flag Resynced and holds a compact set of collectibles you can clear in a single visit. The island carries 2 viewpoints, 1 Mayan stele, 2 chests, 3 secrets, and 2 animals, and syncing the viewpoints first reveals most of these icons on your map.

Quick answer: Climb and synchronize both viewpoints at (19, 555) and (18, 547) to mark the map, then collect the Mayan stele, both chests, all three secrets, and both animals. The island tracker shows a checkmark for each type once you finish it.

Sacrifice Island collectible checklist

Open the map and press D-Pad Down to filter collectibles by type while you work through the island. Viewpoints, chests, the stele, and animals all appear as icons once you sync a nearby viewpoint. The table below lists what has been confirmed by location.

Synchronize both viewpoints first

The two viewpoints unfog the local map and place most icons for you, so start here before hunting anything else.

Head to the first viewpoint at (19, 555). From the sandy beach, run to the stone ruins and climb the stacked stone blocks and ledges, then scale a vine-covered wall to reach a higher platform.

Continue up the stone stairs, take the wooden ladder to the next level, then climb the tower’s outer wall and the final stone pillar. Press V to Observe. You will see VIEWPOINT SYNCHRONIZED and the counter update to Viewpoints 1/2.
Move to the second viewpoint at (18, 547), beside a stone wall with a large carved face. Climb the carved face and surrounding vines, then the stone pillar to the top ledge, and Observe again. The viewpoint counter shows a checkmark once both are done.

Solve the Mayan stele at (18, 548)

The single Mayan stele is an alignment puzzle that ends with a dig. Stand on top of the stele structure and press E to Investigate.

In the puzzle screen, use Scroll to Scale, E/Q to Rotate, and W/A/S/D to Move. Line up the glowing lines so they match the stone structures on the ground below.
Once the pattern locks in, a glowing dig spot appears on the ground. Drop down, walk to the spot, and press E to Dig to retrieve the Mayan stone. The Mayan Stele tracker turns to a checkmark.

Loot the chests and secrets

The Anchor Medallion secret sits at (16, 544) inside a dark stone ruin. Enter the alcove, loot the large chest, and you receive Reales x41 along with the Anchor Medallion, a Rare Trinket. That marks Secrets 1/3.

The first chest is at (20, 544), near a pit full of skeletons. Drop into the pit, loot the chest, and you collect Diamond Earrings (450), a Spice Box (90), and a Silver Tankard (30). The Chests counter moves to 1/2.

Note: The island holds 2 chests and 3 secrets in total. Keep the map filter on those types and sweep the remaining ruin interiors and alcoves to close out the last chest and the two remaining secrets.

Hunt the animals

Sacrifice Island has 2 huntable animals for the friendly animals tracker. The rabbit sits at (18, 551) on a path below a ledge.

Stand on the ledge overlooking the path and use Eagle Vision to highlight the rabbit in red.
Aim and shoot it with your pistol. The counter checks the rabbit off. Drop down and skin it to receive Rabbit Pelt x1, then track down the second animal to finish the pair.

How to confirm Sacrifice Island is complete

Each island has its own completion tracker, and Sacrifice Island shows a checkmark beside every collectible type once you finish it. The island is done when viewpoints, the Mayan stele, both chests, all three secrets, and both animals each display a checkmark rather than a partial count.

Nothing here is missable. Free-roam stays open after the story, so you can return at any point to mop up anything you left behind and push Sacrifice Island to full completion.
