Grand Alfheim is an open-world MMORPG on Roblox built around fairy races, weapon-based classes, racial magic, and co-op dungeons. Your first hour sets the tone: you redeem the one active code, pick a race you can never change, choose a starter class you can swap for free, and learn to fly. Everything below moves you through those decisions in order so you don’t lock in a mistake you can’t undo.
Quick answer: Redeem NewEra! for 500 Spectator Credits (also shown as White Credits) using the Codes button at the bottom-left. Choose your race carefully because it is permanent, then visit the blacksmith to pick a class weapon, which you can swap at any time for free.

Active Grand Alfheim code and how to redeem it
Only one code is currently working. It grants Spectator Credits, the currency used for arena predictions and special items. Codes are case-sensitive and include the exclamation mark, so enter them exactly as written.
| Code | Reward | Status |
|---|---|---|
NewEra! | 500 Spectator Credits | Active |
Spectators?! | Elvenite, Stat Reset Token, Reroll Token | Expired |
WhiteRoom! | Stat Reset Token | Expired |
Summer2026! | Elvenite | Expired |
BetterCombat! | Reroll Token, Stat Reset Token | Expired |
NewEra! exactly, keeping the capital letters and the exclamation mark. Press Redeem, then check your inventory for the credits. You know it worked when the reward appears in your inventory immediately after redeeming. If a code is rejected, the two usual reasons are that it has expired or that your character has not reached the level requirement, since some codes need Level 5 or higher. New codes are posted alongside major updates on the official Grand Alfheim Discord.

Add to Google Preferences →Choosing a race (this choice is permanent)
There are nine fairy races, and each one has its own magic tree and wing design. You select a race during character creation, and it cannot be changed afterward, so decide based on the combat role you want to play long term. Three races stand out for having clear, broadly useful identities.
| Tier | Race | Magic | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| S | Salamander | Fire | Aggressive melee and damage-focused builds |
| S | Sylph | Wind | Speed, spacing, and mobile combat |
| S | Undine | Water and Healing | Group support and sustain in long fights |
| A | Cait Sith | Summoning | Companions and open-world exploration |
| A | Spriggan | Illusion | Utility, deception, and treasure finding |
| A | Pooka | Music | Buffing allies and disrupting enemies |
| B | Gnome | Earth | Durable, heavy or frontline builds |
| B | Imp | Curse | Debuffs and nighttime exploration |
| B | Leprechaun | Lightning | Crafting and equipment-focused play |
Salamander gives the most direct offensive pressure, Sylph offers the best repositioning, and Undine is the pick when you want to keep a group alive through harder content. The A and B tier races are strong when built around their specialty rather than used as generalists.

Picking and swapping classes at the blacksmith
Classes are separate from races. You choose one of eleven classes at the forge or a blacksmith, and selecting a class hands you its starter weapon and skill tree. Unlike your race, classes are not permanent. You can return to a blacksmith at any time to switch to another weapon style for free, so it is safe to experiment early.
| Class | Weapon | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Swordsman | Sword | Balanced beginner and solo PvE progression |
| Bowmaster | Bow | Safe ranged damage and boss pressure |
| Pugilist | Fist weapon | Fast close-range combo pressure |
| Assassin | Daggers | Burst damage, mobility, and PvP |
| Duelist | Rapier | Quick thrusts and rapid footwork |
| Crescentmaster | Scythe | Wide sweeps and crowd control |
Additional starter and special archetypes such as Titanblade and Aegis are also available through the blacksmith. If you are new to the combat, Swordsman is the most forgiving pick while you learn enemy attack patterns. Spend class points on a few core abilities first instead of spreading them thin, and develop your racial magic tree alongside your weapon so you can combine both in a fight.
Core controls and flight
Movement and defense carry over into every quest and dungeon, so practice them in the tutorial before heading out. Flight is required for many quests and race territories, and you unlock it during the tutorial.
- Move with W, A, S, and D, and use M1 for basic weapon attacks.
- Press V to fly between islands once flight is unlocked.
- Open the main menu with M to review equipment, skills, quests, and progression.
- Learn to run, roll, block, and interact with NPCs before relying only on basic attacks.
Grand Alfheim runs on Roblox across PC, mobile, and console. On mobile, the controls map to a touch HUD, and code redemption works the same way through the Codes button.
Clearing the Temple of Beginnings
The Temple of Beginnings is the first major dungeon and the entry point to farming stronger gear. It supports up to four players, and Ode to the Abyss is a second co-op instance that also holds a full group.
Tip: Pull small enemy groups instead of letting several surround you, and save high-cooldown skills for dangerous enemies or boss openings. Bring other players when your damage, defense, or route knowledge is still limited.

A fast starting checklist
- Redeem
NewEra!before your first dungeon run for 500 Spectator Credits. - Pick your race with your long-term role in mind, since it cannot be changed later.
- Grab a class weapon at the blacksmith early, and swap it freely as you test styles.
- Prioritize main quests, then clear nearby side and class quests while traveling.
- Group up for the Temple of Beginnings once you reach around Level 10.
Grand Alfheim is in a Public Demo phase, so the class and magic rosters, along with the codes, shift with major updates. Lock in the permanent choices carefully, treat the swappable ones as room to experiment, and check back for a fresh code whenever a new update lands.
