How to redeem codes in Night At The Infirmary
Redeeming a code takes only a few taps once you’re in the game’s lobby.
You’ll know a code worked when your shard total updates on screen right after submitting it. If nothing happens, double-check the spelling and try again on a fresh server.

Shards earned from codes go straight toward buying classes, each with its own sanity pool and passive ability that changes how you handle a shift.

Redeeming the four active codes nets you 1,000 shards total, enough to unlock Rookie, Receptionist, and Surgeon outright, or to put a real dent in the cost of The Survivor.
Where new codes get announced
A.D Games posts new codes through the game’s official Discord server, which is also where players trade notes on the Infirmary’s scares and upcoming updates. You can join through the game’s Discord invite. Following the developer’s Roblox group is another way to catch reward drops as soon as they go live.
