Keep the stream playing for at least 20 continuous minutes. You can minimize the tab or mute the browser audio, but the Twitch player itself must keep running. Muting via the tab is fine; fully closing or pausing the player stops your progress.

Once the bar fills, open your Twitch Inventory and press Claim on Rufino’s Pistol. Do this within 24 hours of the stream ending, otherwise the reward expires.
